Mr Pruce Home does not want to give my refund, I've been waiting for weeks and they keep giving me the run around. They requested my cheque account details on 23/2/2026 which I sent same day, today they request the same information. Are you kidding me right now? I have been so patient despite the gross incompetence. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!
The worst after-sales service ever. I'm a new client with metrofibre and only had internet for 1 week and then last week the router they installed stopped working. It's been a week with no fibre and they keep scaling v the issue of replacing the router each time I call. Their service is pathetic and useless and waste of my time s money.
I purchased a steam mop on 9/8/2019 at Builders Sunninghill. The Verimark sales agent ( King) told me to keep my receipt safe for warranty. I was never told of the 14 day money back guarantee I tested the steam mop at home on the day of purchase and I noticed that the steam pressure was very weak/ low. I tried the mop again at a later stage with the aim to clean my oven ( 1 month old), the steam pressure was still so weak that it could not lift off the smallest of dirt or grime off the oven. I returned to the store on 25/8 /2019 and spoke to another Verimark sales agent who also tested the mop and confirmed that the steam pressure was very low. The mop was booked in assessment, only yesterday did I get an sms that the mop was ready for collection. When I for to the store I find out that the mop was apparently assessed and no fault was found, so clearly I'm crazy and the other Verimark sales agent is crazy AS well, so what you saying is that we basically made all this up in our heads just to pass time!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE TAKING A DEFECTIVE VERIMARK PRODUCT TO MY HOUSE EVER AGAIN!!! I left the mop in the store until someone who actually cares about customer service contacts me to resolve this issue swiftly. I have been inconvenienced long enough. I spend R1400 on a product and to treated like trash by Verimark is absolutely unacceptable. You may think R1400 is chum change but to some of us it's alot of money and I will NOT BE ROBBED!!! I am a CUSTOMER and I am not SATISFIED with the POOR QUALITY OF VERIMARK PRODUCTS.
i have a policy that i took years ago, maybe 2009, apparently its a Traditional policy. i want to cancel it and have been sent from pillar to post within the callcentre. i get transferred to this one because nobody can find my policy details using my ID number, D.O.B or name and surname. how can i not have a policy but i get debited R103.37 every month!!! i even have a reference number ( NMAL412573288FR3430) but still my policy is nowhere to be found.<br> i called again and another operator told me that the policy they have belongs to my mother, that information is incorrect as i am the policy holder and my mother would have been a beneficiary.<br> Cancel this non \existent"policy with immediate effect because what you are doing is illegal and disgusting.<br> i do have a lawyer and i am not afraid to use them"
