So today we decided to place an order at the Swaadisht foods branch in Chatsworth, tried calling the number with no answer for over an hour, when we go online there's a whatsapp line available so we add those numbers and send a message on their profile picture there's a current special of a price drop, anyway we finally get them on the line only 2 be told that this special doesn't exist... mind u this was a really big order as we are a family of 20+ still the manager comes on the line and insists on the special not being in their store clearly management and staff don't know what's going on here on their own platforms. Please stop fooling your customers if you cannot deliver on your own specials.
Today I have received such an insulting email from Mr D telling me that they have investigated last complaint and found that I always complain and demand compensation from them! Let me just say I have been a loyal customer for years now furthermore why do you have a complaint service available if it's wrong to complain and if they did their investigations properly they would see that I don't ever ask for compensation if anything I always said it's not about the lousy R25 or R30 that they give me back for orders R300 and over like really that just covers my delivery lol. And besides that I have to send proof via photos of the bad food or services received so basically they are saying that it doesn't matter that the restaurant gives poorly packaged food or food that's inedible as long as we don't complain then we are good customers? From today I will give my orders to Uber eats instead they value their customers and acknowledge them that is what we deserve!.
I would like to ask this company to kindly refund my money to me, I have tried to email and also call in but still have no joy, I have tried to add a review however telling the truth isn't allowed! So I just want to ask for my money back, I have been told alot of different stories upon speaking to the agents however I still haven't received my money, I received a confirmation email a day after canceling but I'm still getting debited which isn't right, all I want is my money refunded to me as I have not used any of the services with MoiMooi.
MoiMooi I would really appreciate it if you could refund my money to me as quickly as you have debited me. Since deciding to subscribe with you guy's I had emailed the very next day to cancel my subscription which I then received an email confirming it was canceled however I have been debited twice, one of which is a debit check! I have since seeked legal help and this is actually fraud as i have Black and White proof of cancelation. Diann told me that she would request a urgent refund during December which I have not received till date!!! If I do not receive my money in this week I will sue. This is ridiculous you sign people up so fast and debit their accounts before they even approve but you expect people to wait 60 to 90 days for their money! Pathetic you guys are committing a big sin living off innocent people.
This is one of the most intellectual scammers around. Firstly they host a competition then call over 100 people offering them to take a package ( subscription) to use their spa etc... this by the way was only offered to the 10 finalists apparently its a special not everyone else is aware of. Then it sounds interesting I opt to join and advised the lady I will confirm the next day as I need to speak with my husband seeing as I'm a housewife and don't work hubby will need to pay for this. I did speak to him and he preferred to pay cash when we where going I asked the lady to please cancel she then forwarded me an email address to email for cancelation which I did and received an email a day or 2 later stating my subscription was canceled. To my surprise I have been debited twice from this company upon canceling my subscription this made no sense I then reversed a payment however I was told by my bank that a debit check cannot be reversed and I would need to open up a case to get a reversal done. I called the company again and spoke to Diann who was the person who advised my application is canceled but still got no joy she said a refund would take 60 to 90 days!!! You fraudulently take money from my account and I must now wait 60 to 90 day's for a refund for something I have never used and infact have proof that it was canceled in October? So people please be aware they will continue to take your money and make you wait for it God only knows till when because I was told it will be an urgent refund it's now 2 weeks I'm still waiting...
After having an encounter with Hyperli I have decided to give them a try nevertheless and this time around it was such a great experience for me. I have to commend Ganeefa for her excellent customer service she has gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Much appreciated look forward to doing business with Hyperli more often in the future.
Yesterday on the 3rd of October 2021 My husband decided to book a massage for the two of us since my birthday is next week Monday the 11th he wanted to go on the weekend of the 9th and 10th. We checked online and saw that Hyperli had a special on the Mangwanani half day spa for two while trying to purchase we found that it was impossible without having an account with them so i added the item to my wishlist to go back and checkout once my account was activated. Once I did and tried to add the item to my cart it kept giving me an error, today 4th of October 2021 I spoke to someone who was not much of help the person said that it's because the item is no longer available I cannot check it out, my question was why would it be available to look at and not purchase what is the point of this? To scam people or get them to open an account so your business stay open? Because the last time I checked this was misleading and should be reported!!! Since I only registered an account to buy that item and now cannot what is the point of all this nonsense.
