It has been a month and 2 days now and to date nobody from Vodacom has contacted me regarding the several tickets opened on my Fibre account. I have had intermittent service now for a month and the more I try to communicate, the less answers I get. I am really thinking of going to another service provider despite being a loyal customer for 30 years
Despite lodging a formal complaint to Customer Care regarding poor service, Vodacom did not even have the decency to acknowledge receipt of my complaint. It is a pity to see a Company outgrow its boots to such an extent that they do not even acknowledge the existence of their own customers.
I work from home and has been without fibre from Sunday the 9th. They promised me 48 hours which has come and gone. Every time I phone they promise me it has been escalated but no technician in sight. I have used Gigabytes of mobile data on my own cost. Unfortunately they are the only service providers in our estate
My wife just got ****med inside PnP Bloemgate. All the contact detail for the branch on the web is wrong. I just want to contact the owner to alert him that the con artist is wearing PnP clothing but can not get hold of them
Sent a mail to DSTV a week ago on their platform. They did not even acknowledge receipt or tried to answer me.
I pay my father-in-law's medical aid contributions and according to Discovery we are never up to date. they try to collect double premiums every month which I decline as we are fully up to date. I have sent the proofs of payment on several occasions but to no avail.
I battled to get service but as soon as Dipuo Fakude took the reigns and assisted me, I received excellent service. I am extremely impressed by the Client Liason Officer.
I reacted to an ad that people must claim monies due to them. I responded and completed all the forms necessary, but AF just doesn't reply to any of my mails.
Been without email the whole day. Phoned 5 times already and still not working. I am still on the line as #1 for the par 22 minutes. According to the Charroom they left at 17h00.
No service. Tried the Whattsapp app as requested. After submitting all the detail, the agent came online and asked everything again. He then disappeared and I got helped telephonically
