Vox is a scam
When i got the account i was under an impression that i will be paying R175 yet i found myself with a R450 bill which i never put on my budget, i got 1 invoice was R153 which i paid in full , next thing there's letter of demand from debtors that i owe Vox R450 , and they refuse to cancel my subscription!, i only got data for 1 month which startedon the 19th july- 19august which is depleted yet they already made me pay for August which i still don't understand how, nobody cares to explain to me. DON'T TAKE THEIR ACCOUNT! THEY ARE A SCAM. And TRICKSTERS

Worst company and HR doesn't care
The worst company I have ever worked for! They have the worst HR and are corrupt,they do not pay their employees, I thought working for government would be a great experience,but after my experience with stats DEFINITELY DON'T TRUST OUR GOVERNMENT TO HELP WITH UNEMPLOYMENT,our black leaders are so corrupt! My contract ended in April the 8th n to this day no one knows anything about my payment. No communication whatsoever especially from west rand offices,BRA JOE the HR is the worst to deal with.

Void contract
Took out a policy with them in 2021,where from the get go I told the consultant that my mom (who was going to be a beneficiary) is using a Lesotho passport,and I was assured that is not a problem,I went to the same branch in carletonville on Thursday to ask why I was not debitted on December n January and I'm told I need to find someone who uses an ID all of a sudden as my beneficiary (which I don't have), How many people have gone through the same just so they can eat our monies, applied for a refund and their service(head office) is just worse,5 days later NO FEEDBACK. I'd like to think y'all are bogus,people think twice before taking any policy with this company.

Disgusting service
Been waiting for my delivery since the 22nd, got called by 3 consultants which I gave the right adress n they still got it wrong, the hang phones up on you like the services is soooo bad! 0 stars! Disgusting service

Rotten
I've been their customer for a year, seen pictures of rotten baby foods circulating and I just couldn't believe it until recently when i bought ones at clicks carletonville only to get home to rotten food right when i needed to feed my baby

Bad service n faulty items
I ordered 2 different things on two different occasions and both the items were not working, they came to collect the items n confirmed they recieved them back, agreed that they will refund, over 2 months later i have no refund
