In less than 3 weeks, they will hand you over. After making full payment and sending Proof of Payment via email at 02:00, there has still not been any response regarding my paid up letter and nothing sent to Credit bureau. I spent the whole 2025 chasing after them to declare my previous loan to be paid up and update my Credit Bureau. This is not how you treat your clients

Capitec Legal refuses to pay my maintenance money as per court order! They refuse to honour the court order and keep making excuses, after the amendment (as per their request) they have kept quiet regarding payment. Last night I deposited money at an FNB Menlyn Park ATM and it swallowed my money… now your rude consultant, Setjhaba, is blaming me for their stupid ATM. I will be closing my Nexty account, Setjhaba’s attitude and approach with this matter was uncalled for!!! Now I’m told I’ll get my money on Monday and a dispute has been launched. So there are no emergencies in this case? I don’t give a damn that Setjhaba is the one who opened the ATM, what I want is my money and close my bank account while you are at it as I join a useful bank!
I paid off my loan on 31 January 2025 after getting a settlement discount, they are refusing to remove the debt from my credit report and its now November!
They **** once again and refuse to remove the debt off my credit profile. I paid settlement balance in January 2025, after 30 business days it has still not been sorted. I regret the day I app**** for their loan!!! These fools sent me a paid up letter yet they dispute that my debt is settled. Norman and Wonga keep sending me back and forth!
