Worst Agency Ever. Communication via e-mail is unreliable. On handing your notice and confirming it's for one month you get a surprise Invoice for the following month as well, they charge you for things like sewerage so that they don't return your deposit yet their contract and extra documents sent by Hendrik van Niekerk ( Harcourts/ RAK)) clearly stated that a deposit cannot be used for anything related to rental. They will never fix anything broken that you report - they only send someone to check but never fix anything until you vacate then charge you for anything and everything. You will call and your calls will be transferred internally until you give up and your emails are never responded to. YOU DO NOT WANT TO REFUND DEPOSIT!!!!!

Worst experience I have ever!!! I ordered tile adhesive and paid for delivery .I called following up and I am sent from pillar to post and even told I did not pay for the order and next excuse was I didn't pay full for the layby( which layby???) -I have proof of full payment . Called again still sent from pillar to post.... All I want is delivery of my order or reimbur*****t.
Poor service from ABSA!!! I paid up to date my ABSA credit card but I still had judgement for ABSA.I then called ABSA and was asked to email the payment documents including document from Transunion. I received emails from different people at ABSA requesting me to send the documents which I submitted daily . I then went to the branch for assistance at their Greenstone branch guess what!!! they gave me a number to call after waiting at the bank for an hour which I did and still was sent from pillar to post. The emails still continue and I still send . Today is the 13th of December 2021 I am still struggling with ABSA. People ABSA bank is a mess!!!
I cancelled my accounts with Telkom but they still send invoice
