I called in their Montage Gardens branch, and the one guy said he will call the Manager, Amber Grey. We asked the cost for a service to the jacuzzi which was included in the sale of the house. We also needed the jacuzzi to be moved. When I asked the cost, I could already hear she did not want to attend to the matter. Asking lots of questions for the make etc. I then took photos and send to her. No reply from her, no confirming my Whatsapp message, Even called her, but no reply. If you do not give a big transaction like buying a jacuzzi they do not give you service.
I requested feedback from STD Bank Business on a deduction of R552.19 deducted on the 7 Jul and previous months. Could not place the reason for the deduction. I called the number on the app and was informed my Buss acc manager contact details are on the app. After verification, it was confirmed not correct. I was given the e-mail address of my buss acc manager Massi Mpololo, who till today not feedback to me. I logged a call and was given a incident number and advised they will get back to me 28 Jul . Today is the 4/08 and still no feedback. This month I notice the deduction does not reflect. But then he comes and threaten me with closing my account because I must now declare my source of revenue. If it was not for the burden of moving the business account, I would go to Capitec Buss, where I can walk in and sort out my issues, face to face. I know who I am dealing with, and get customer service.
Submit a claim after years of no claim. Now you expect me to pay R6700 for a R9800 damage by Golden Arrow. By your Legal Dep own admission, they give you the run around. You do not give off air of assurance to me as client that you can even claim my excess. You expect me to carry the risk of excess, and take all the risk, with an *********** legal team. You collected years of premiums and now you useless legal cant even get the excess. And then I have to pay for a increased insurance rate. Please avoid this **** company, they cover themselves and only collect premiums, but when you need their support, they are nowhere.
Worst Ceo and Company ever. Would not recommend them at all. His team took 8 hours to pull cable through and fix light. At 8.00 pm they told me its my light. I replaced the light and was told by ebrahim he will personally come and fix it. Next day I hear excuse, and the next. Call him from another number and he throw the phone down in my ear. The guys would sort it out but wife till 11.00 waiting, so another bull **** story. The one story after the other. Avoid this bloke and save your self a lot of trouble and money.
Submitted ****eater and lawnmower for service quote on the 4 March 2023. 29 March I still wait on a call to confirm the price for quote to service machines. I asked to speak to manager, and put on hold. After 15 min I put down. Their telephone message states 48 hour turn around time. I waited a month for a call to confirm the service fee. Getting real tired with this pathetic service.
Booked Sandalien and Sugar Bush chalets reservation 151240. Sandalien shower leaked water from shower to bathroom, kitchen zink leaking and outside lights not working. Sugar Bush jacuzzi not working, no warm water. Complained to office who sent maintenance. Was told to put towel in bathroom, lights sorted. But jacuzzi was still not working and whole weekend children could not use jacuzzi. We had to use a two man jacuzzi between four people. Month later I am still waiting on The Baths to feedback. Seems they don't care about their image or public as long as they can pocket your money without providing for what you are paying them for.
