I've been going to Tyre and more, Tyger Valley for about the last 6-7 years. I have always been welcomed as if I'm the only client they have, be it for a car service, wheel alignment, battery replacement or just to top the tyres with nitrogen. John and his team are knowledgeable and will always give one options when needing to have work done. If they can't help, they will make the arrangements to take my car somewhere else. These days I don't even consider going anywhere else to have work done on my car. I would give them 7 stars, if possible.
Wow, I'm blown away by the customer service I received these past few days from my ISP. My fibre ****nection "broke" on Tuesday. I contacted Atomic Access via Telegram got to work with Nick. He was patient, suggested ideas, and was answering questions until late at night. I work all day and only get home at 7pm, but this was not an issue for Nick. On Thursday evening he even PHONED me to assist! That is the first time I've ever received a call from a customer service agent! So, if you are in the market for a new ISP (new or existing), the make sure you contact Atomic Access. Not only do they have the best prices, their customer service is fantastic!
If you require a motorcycle service, or looking for a place to purchase a new bike, I can HIGHLY recommend Bernard and his team from CTM. They do an amazing job and keep one informed during the process. They were even prepared to help me while MOVING to a new location!! I WILL NOT take my bike anywhere else! And you should do the same!
I bought an Airoh helmet in May 2021 via Spirit's online site and it arrived, fitting perfectly. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that the inner lining had split at the back and that the foam was starting to fall out. I contacted Sprirt via email and received a prompt reply from Jasmin, the customer manager. She explained that the helmet would have to be sent away for assessment as it was not their own brand. Being in retail, I know that this is standard procedure. Because I work in Stellenbosch, I told her that I can only drop off the helmet on a Saturday. I arrived at the shop this morning with the helmet and was greeted at the gate BY NAME!! It was Jasmin. She booked in the helmet and carefully explained the procedure. People like Jasmin make it a pleasure to deal with Spirit Motorcycles and I will be returning again. And again. And again.
I had to, through no fault of mine, claim twice within one week for damages to my motorbike. On both occasions, the consultant was super friendly, answered my questions knowledgeably, and kept me informed every day regarding the process. Dipuo and Zorhan have been real stars and deserve more than just the 5!!
