On 13 February, I ordered a tablet case through Takealot. initially it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of March but later I was informed that it will be delivered on the 9th of March. I waited the whole day yesterday, no delivery and no communication that there will be delays. I'm very disappointed. Can Takealot please sort out this mess?
On the 26th of December, I bought stationery online, 2 items were cancelled. Game promised to refund me. 3 days later I received an email from them saying that the refund was processed and that it will take 4-5 working days for it to reflect on my account. I still haven't received my refund, and I have been sending emails with no response.
towards the end of last month, dstv called me an offered me the dstv explora ultra and i was told that installation will be free, i took the offer. last week i was disconnected and there was an amount of R438 that i had to pay, for installation , that i was told that it's free. i payed the amount this morning. when i called to ask for reconnection i was then told that for them to reconnect me i have to pay an additional amount of R570 for the subscription and i didnt watch dstv for almost 2 weeks but they're charging me the whole R570. Dstv is a scam, really.
On the 17th of February I paid my DStv subscription (R748) via their app. I made an instant eft. Money went through from my account, ( reference: DStv). This morning they disconnected my account, I don’t understand why. I contacted them and they asked me to send proof of payment, which I did. The consultant that was assisting me told me that I made payment to another account and not to the dstv account, I don’t understand how because I made the payment via their app, account number was provided by them. I’m frustrated, I won’t be making another payment. Could they just allocate this payment please.
I bought a mc Donald meal through scoot. I made an EFT payment. I never received any messages about my order, till today. I never got my order. Money went out from my account. I called vodapay for assistance and they did confirm that money did go out from my account. Now I just want a refund. I sent an email to scoot and they have not responded.
For this month dstv has billed me double the amount I’m used to paying. I called them and I was told that the upgrade to premium that I won was supposed to be for one month not 2 and that it was a system error from their side. Now I’m being billed for something that was not my fault. This is really inconveniencing. I’m actually thinking of cancelling this thing. Apparently I’m not the only one who has this problem and people called DStv and their problems regarding double billing were resolved
