Pathetic service from Vodacom
Pathetic service from Vodacom after being put on the wrong upgrade. Attempts to rectify ended in my sim card minutes and airtime being removed by Vodacom and left me with an empty contract for a few days now, and no end in sight. Call centre staff is unprofessional and I received four different versions from for different operators. After so many years with Vodacom I must admit to the fact that as a service provider you suck and it is time for me to move on. Ref nr 1-34776180981979

Poor delivery service from UTI
I requested my car's registration documents from Wesbank, which they couriered via UTI. The document was sent on 24 Nov 2015, and was supposed to be delivered max 5 days later. As I did not receive the documents or communication from UTI, I phoned their offices to enquire at around 09 Dec. I phoned againon 12 Dec to enquire. I was then told the hold up is at their Kimberley branch. According to the branch the driver claimed to have visited our property 3 times in the past,which is obvious not true. I am very disapointed with this late delivery and untruths.ii<br>

Great service
I had a puncture on my Everest, and had to replace a tyre. After fitment I wanted to pay with my bank card, but the Internet lines were too congested to allow the payment to go through. I had to go to an ATM to withdraw money, and because it was month-end, I had to queue for more than a hour before I could pay for the tyre replacement. The patience and service I received from the sales lady during this time was outstanding. It has been a long time since I received such a good service, and I thank her for that.

Excellent service received from Std Bank
I visited Standard Bank at Simmonds Street to finalise my vehicle application. I have not experience service like that for a long time. Firstly the service of the lady working at the reception area of the vehicle/homeloan area were exceptional. She went out of her way to assist me, and to get hold of Jack Ntsane for me. I waited there a while, and the way she greeted and assisted everyone who came in was outstanding. She has the perfect attitude, and I could see she enjoyed her work. An outstanding lady really.<br> Jack Ntsane, who worked with my application, also went way out of his way to assist me. He was friendly and professional, and I felt like a VIP with the service he provided. Thank you Jack, because of people like you I understand why Standard Bank is regarded as the best financial institution.
