Heist approach to refunds - avoid !!!
Don’t use Lift! If you decide to cancel a flight even if booked months in advance their policy is no cash refund it’s paid into a so called Lift wallet. Using said wallet is then virtually impossible. I’ve been trying to book a trip through Lift experiences unsuccessfully for days. Abysmal service and heist approach to refunds.

Amazing beauty treatments at Urban Escape.
Urban Escape is a gorgeous boutique beauty salon at Hobart Square in Bryanston. As you walk in the scent of incense and perfumed oils immediately makes you feel relaxed. Sit down in chairs with fluffy covers that feel like clouds and let the wonderful beauticians take care of you. I had a beautiful manicure and pedicure.

One Cart a fake scam business ?
Ordered groceries which were never delivered and which I got emails about saying they were delayed. Cancelled order and now can’t get a refund. What sham outfit is this ? A bunch of crooks !!

The Precinct unsafe, late deposit refunds and sundry charges
Appalling service and bad manners from rental staff, noisy units and a complex which feels like student accommodation but is being billed as luxury. Crime incidents which by the sounds of the mailers we received are being committed internally by residents. I am still struggling to get my deposit refunded almost one month after exiting. Avoid avoid avoid ! I terminated the least agreement nine months early. Also expect to foot bills for “plumbing fees” and to pay exorbitant electricity charges over and above your rental. People constantly parking in your bay. Units with dodgy tenants. Loud parties. Certainly not a luxury complex for working professionals. Save your money and rent student accommodation rather !!!!

Appalling and disrespectful service from Houss rentals and The Precinct
Do not rent any units with Houss! They have still not refunded my deposit 21 days after exiting despite the fact that the unit was left in pristine condition and they owe me ten thousand rand. I received vague promises on when it will be paid. Furthermore the general service from Houss is appalling. Hidden costs over and above the advertised rental, rude agents who clearly couldn’t give a damn once the upfront deposit is paid. Run for the hills!

Do not use this dodgy company they will take your money and run!!!
If I could rate zero stars I would !! They charged three thousand Rand to replace a lock only to fit one which keeps jamming. Despite repeated calls to fix it I am fobbed off and ignored. This is a total hood outfit bunch of crooks stay far far away !!!!
