Bad service and not keeping to promise.
I called bonitas regarding the maternity benefit and they promised to send a maternity bag. This was when I was 28 weeks pregnant. My son is almost one month old still no bag or word from bonitas. Very bad service. I am very disappointed because they do not keep their promises.

Paying electricity every month but they send a letter saying you owe R38 000 no proof or explanation on how they got to that amount. Am being told to make an arrangement. Anyone with the CEO or manager's email adress please share because today i went to their office and no help.

I am paying for rain but no internet
I have paid my rain but still not connected. The error is that am owing but when i check my account status it shows up to date. I phone their call center the line was bad and the agent sound tired.

WIRE SCOURE IN DEBONNAIRS PIZZA
On the 10 August i bought a chicken tripple decker at Debonnairs Trade route mall.I asked for extra cheese but they did not add it instead they added wire scoure in my pizza.It is a size of a tooth pick.It got stuck in my teeth when I was having my third slice.I phone on the 11 August to complain and todate they are playing hide and seek with me.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
