My mom bought a phone from the above mentioned company. She missed a payment and decided to pay the outside contract amount and was promised that the phone will be opened in 24 hours and that never happened. I think that it's a ****
I have been getting calls from credit Intel demanding payments. Surprisingly I have never utilized their services and don't even know what business or goods are they providing or selling.
I sold my car in April this year and emailed mix telematics a cancelation letter for their services. Was told to pay for that month's services which I did. To my surprise yesterday was called and told that I am owing for this months. I tried to explain to their consultant who was not willing to listen. My question is why should I pay for services that I no longer utilizing and I have sent them a cancelation letter
I took a contract with ismart mobile 24 months ago. They sent me a non functional, when reported it they asked it back. Which I did and ever since the phone was never returned but they deducted the money every month. About a month ago I wrote a review here on hellopeter and a guy by the name of Simphiwe Murungai sent me an email asking for my ID number and did as asked. Till today he hasn't bothered to come back to me
After I wrote a review about intercity Xpress last week they did pay back my refund a day after. Thank you hellopeter
I took a contract with this company in 2019. They delivered an iPhone that was not functional and had sent it back to them. I have never received the phone back and I called them more 20 times which later was transferred to a guy named James. James promised to speed up the process ,so that I can get the phone back. I never got that phone back and the contract is ending on the month end. They are the first ones to debit my account comes month end.
I bought a ticket from kokstad to jhb on the 19th August. The bus never pitched up. I called their office and was told that they will call me back for an update. And that never happened. I had to buy ticket for another bus the following day. On the 21st of July I requested for refund , was charged cancelation fee and told that my money will be deposited after 15 days which never happened. When I finally went to park station today the foreign lady at the ticket office was very rude. These guys they must step up or close the shop whilst still early
