After promising transparency to me the lady and gent that assisted me with a contract phone, gave me half information, on what I would pay monthly. It is actually double. On trying to make plans to return since we all did not, that is 3 of us, know what would be the total to pay, it is impossible. They cared that I just did a contract, no advise, misled with total contract amount.
I have never felt this disappointed as I have with The city of Johannesburg. Since Sunday morning there has been a pipe burst in Riverside View. The City has been called since that day reporting about it. It is now Thursday the thing is still gushing water. This is clean water gushing out day and night. Each day I have been calling reporting, and every time when I ask when will they come I am told they are coming. This not only shows a lack of interest in the job, yet people are desperate for jobs. I do not know if it is lack of staff. I have now called a plumber, I am not sure if it is allowed, but this morning he is to see how he can assist. The randburg depot, I hope they hire more people there, most of the time when I call to find out how far there is no one picking up. This is wrong in so many ways. As a country it just shows lack of diligence. This is alarming. This is sad. If I were to give freely all this water that has been lost to people that need it, they would be sorted for quite some time depending on the number. Really disappointed.
Metro Fibre trying to get a router from Metrofibre is like trying to get a *** to fly. For some time I have been trying to get assistance with this. If it is not pillar to post, it's we will call, then nothing until I start the process again. It's too sad, I wish they were not the only provider around my area.
It is some kind of punishment to be calling me so much. Yesterday more than 20 times. Every hour with the time intervals shortening. What have I done to you? I desire no service from you.
