Rotten eggs
Looks like one have to resort to hellopeter before buying ANYTHING in the future. Had i just knew... I have called nulaid on Monday the 3rd in regards to eggs that were rotten. 30 Jumbo eggs!! im still waiting on an outcome as to what next. I have been told to keep the eggs and i will hear from them within 3 days. Heard nothing from them again. The eggs are just further rotting away and taking up usefull space in my fridge. Ref 22-10-13

Makro robs you of your hard earned money
despite promises from makro, to make my issue a priority after first review on hellopeter against makro... they have done no such thing. Still no word as to where my order is or where my money is for the order paid. They are thiefs. They stole from me and clearly has money flow problems... thats is why they cant pay me back or deliver what i paid for. Check out their facebook complaints on their posts at comments. . I am not the only one they have stolen from.

Makro sucks
Ordered online and paid on the 31st of Aug. Its been 10 days. No answer from makro. They dont bother replying on emails. Worst service ever. Dont buy online!

Woolworths refund policy is bull****
I ordered and paid for school clothing online on the 13th of April, the order was never delivered. I asked for a refund on the 25th of April. I was told to wait 3 to 5 working days. On the 27th i was informed that my refund was put thru. I am still waiting. No one at woolworths replies to my emails. I need the money to buy winter clothing for my son, he is going to school in the freezing cold with shorts.

They are robbing people. Ordered and paid in november, cancelled a couple of days later, and still (13January) waiting for a refund of R309. Think they have a cash flow problem. Or maybe even someone working there taking our stuff or our refunds. Could even be someone high up. Would not suprise me at all. This is a big scam company. Dont let the JDG Group fool you. Somethings fishy at this company!! This is a NO GO SHOP. It gives online shopping a bad name. And should be ashamed of themselfs. Pathetic service, never ever any updates. And once they get your money, its over.

Stay Away
This is a BIG STAY AWAY. I ORDERED AND PAID ON THE 17TH OF NOVEMBER, poor service delivery MADE ME CANCEL MY ORDER ON THE 23RD OF NOVEMBER, EVEN BEFORE I RECEIVED IT, ITS 14 DECEMBER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. THE RESPONS YOU GET ARE PATHETIC, NO ONE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON AND THATS WHY NO ONE AT EVERYSHOP CAN GIVE YOU FEEDBACK ON ANYTHING. ITS USELESS. MY ORDER WAS FOR A CHILD GOING TO GRADE R AND HER 12 YEAR OLD BROTHER, WHO'S STUCK IN THE SYSTEM WITH NO PARENTS OR HELP FROM ANYONE, SO I WANTED TO SPONSOR THEM WITH SOME SCHOOL STUFF, AND A GIFT EACH. NOW THEY WILL HAVE TO ENJOY CHRISTMAS WITH NOTHING, THANX TO EVERYSHOP. Had they refunded me, i would have ordered everything from Takealot.

Service sucks ass
Useless. I ordered on the 17th of November. ( 700044880 ) Only partial order with courier. No indication on the site as to when the other half of my order will be collected by courier. And dont even bother contacting them, all they will tell you is to wait for the delivery guy to contact you. POINT IS, I DID NOT ORDER FROM THE COURIER GUY, I DID NOT PAY THE COURIER GUY. HOW CAN THE COURIER GUY GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS ON MY PARTIAL ORDER AND THE REST I AM STILL DUE. THE SITE DOES NOT SHOW WHAT STILL NEEDS TO BE COLLECTED FOR DELIVERY, ONLY SHOWS WHAT WAS PICKED UP. So i am asking what should i do, so that my order can be cancelled and refund request made. It should not be that difficult for you guys to refund me AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM YOU YET!!
