My wife and I were on a 6 week trip through the Kruger Park. At the begining of the 6th week my wife suddenly developed incredible abdominal pain. It turned out her hernia had totally blocked. We were booked into Burchel Lodge through the Holiday Club. We phoned and cancelled with the Lodge, then phoned Holiday Club - they were so supportive and kind. The consultant going the extra mile to apply for our points to be refunded due to a medical emergency.

TechExpress supplied a battery for my Dell Computers on Wednesday last week. On Saturday night the battery "died" and a message on my computer on rebooting informed me that the battery had experienced a fatal error and needed to be replaced. I sent Hilton at TechExpress an email on Saturday night. On Monday evening a courier collected the "dead" battery. At 08h45 on Tuesday morning the courier delivered a replacement battery. At no extra charge!!! That's service with a capital S! Thank you TechExpress.
Not only did TechExpress deliver the incorrect battery (their mistake) to me AND make me pay to have it uplifted, they have not answered my request some 5 days later for an ETA of the correct battery as ordered.
I find the various Enlighten Panel questionnaires interesting and fun to fill in. Their reward system is out of this world and I have had many Woolies gift vouchers from them!
