Long delivery time
Since I placed my order on the 11th, I asked for urgent delivery but still nothing. The order has been under processing since no movement. I am not happy with the service at all. They said it takes 5-10 days, but it is actually more than that and no one is communicating about the delays. Now I feel like I have been ****med.

These guys are not professional at all I have been waiting for my delivery for too long and I requested for urgent delivery... it is just unbelievable 😳 really what is so difficult then I asked for collection still they refused ag so inconveniencing

Poor service from doctor
I am sick when I told the doctor wht was my problem he told me that unfortunately she cannot assist me they only assist people who got shot or stabbed only anything else they can't... Loan application
I applied for a personal loan with capitec.... I was assisted by a lady named beauty. They asked me to send through my documents i did. I am still waiting for her even now. I tried calling to ask for her nd they said they will tell her to call me back still

Contract sim card with a router i did not order
I ordered a sim card from a lady called khosi and she added a router for me of which I called back to rectify that mistake but she still added it and she was very rude when I called her back. So they delivered the whole package I called again she told me to the the sim only ...the driver refused I sent back the whole parcel...she told me I will have to pay for the courier service... How do I pay for extra charges that wasn't even my fault but her fault she did not even try to assist me further with management or give me alternative
