Terrible customer service at Shoprite Blue Downs centre. Came to do my groceries a month ago and a cashier made an error resulting in me paying R500 extra. Raised this with the staff members and supervisor and it took them over 1 hour to resolve until I called the manager. Not satisfied with the outcome as the manager still hasn’t not contacted me as promised regarding the matter. In addition, this branch lacks cleanliness and generally has bad customer service with very long queues.
So disappointed with Thorp Suzuki N1 City. My sister wanted to buy a pre-owned 2020 suzuki swift GLX AMT car for R210 000 cash but the salesperson wasn't keen at all in negotiating a reasonable discount as he said the best he could do was a mere 2k even that wasn't guaranteed. He kept on insisting how important the 7k shortfall for registration is. With this attitude, I doubt I will recommend Thorp suzuki to anyone. What's even more surprising is that a different suzuki branch is willing to give us an 8k discount on a brand new swift GL model but we prefer GLX which the salesperson at N1 city won't let us have.
Excellent service by Celest at Kia N1 city, so grateful for such a smooth car buying process, great communication and passion for what you do. Keep up the great work guys🙌🙌🙌.
Poor customer service received today at The Fix Zevenwatch mall, cashiers were busy chatting with one another while I was on queue waiting to pay my account. What is worse is that one of them addressed me in between their conversation saying I'm next. In my confusion they started laughing and said a casual 'sorry'. I was disgusted by such behaviour as I deserve better treatment as a paying customer.
