Disgusting service, waited to be served for a while...even though I was one of only two tables that was occupied. The 2nd table was almost done eating. Was asked by a waiter if we had ordered,...seeing that the first waiter disappeared...then placed my order. The 1st waitress was busy chatting to a non ordering customer the entire time. Was given the meringue slice that was sitting open on the counter when I walked ...and not the fresh one that was in the display case. No apology, even from the manager when addressed. The meringue slice was apparently set aside for another customer...Not acceptable by any standard. Mugg and Bean Ballito staff should train with Alfred from Mugg and Bean Musgrave.
Exceptional experience, staff polite and helpful. Resort well maintained and standard of cleanliness upheld. Activities throughout the day at no additional charge. Management run a tight ship, excellent.
