The Nandos drive at Wonderpark Akasia is the worst. In a space of 2 weeks, my order is always wrong. Each time I ask for Mild food but they always give me hot ( even with a mild sticker on my packaging ). Today I ordered quarter chicken mild with chip and that chicken rice strip mild, my order didn’t include chips during collection and the rice was extra hot. Today was my last time ever visiting that store

This is the second time I’m writing my review. I initially got a call after my first review and the lady promised to investigate my issue and that was it. I don’t have nor have never app**** for a loan and you somehow have linked my ID number to an absa account which is also not my bank. If no action is taken, I will be escalating my complaint to the ombudsman since your company *****ulently opens and grants loans to *****sters
I’ve never app**** for any loan especially not with a payday loan company. When I check on my credit profile, you’ve listed me as a customer. How was this loan approved without even contacting me. Your call center is designed not to accept calls from people and I’ve also sent 2 emails a month ago, still no reply. In 48 hours, I will be escalating this matter to the ombudsman
Why is your network ALWAYS down between 1 and 4 pm EVERYDAY? What kind of micky mouse show are you running there by metro fibre? Your lines used to be the best, NOW, i wouldn't recommend it to even my worst enemy. We pay for this service so that we can use it for work, not for this sh*t show your providing.
Last year, I logged a complaint against Absa relating to a *****ulent account someone opened using my ID number and to this day, no investigation has been done. I received a call, twice from Kamogelo and she insists that i need to go an open a case (not an affidavit) however I SAPS cannot open a case if i dont have the details of the *****ster. Am i now suppose to open a case against ABSA as an entity? I'm considering going to the Ombudsman since this issue is being taken lightly. Absa's security failed to identify a *****ster and issued out thousands of rands and now i need to do the run arounds. CASE NUMER - C-62612647
ABSA bank just awarded a *****ster R150k worth of credit. The person managed to pass their security inside the branch with ease. Fingerprint validation, selfie check using DHA, ID number check, SMS check - RICA, POPI check, FICA check , validating information against credit bureau and last but not list face to face identification to see if ID document is legit. All passed however they still went ahead and granted credit to a new customer that they knew nothing about. If I hadn’t checked my credit profile, I would have been blacklisted for something I knew nothing about. That’s not all, now I’m tasked with having to go to SAPS to prove that I knew nothing about these things when they themselves didn’t even bother to do thorough checks. I also have to wait 20 “working” days. The item I wanted to buy is now gone because of ABSA
How many times must I tell your agent Cynthia to stop calling me? I don’t want your free quotation, I don’t want to associate myself with your brand. How did you even get my number? This is the last warning before I escalate your agent and company.
On the 5th of January 2024, I went to spec saver pta north to get my eyes tested and to also get new glasses 🤓 based on your promotion. Today’s the 24th and I’m still waiting. I called the store on the 22nd and they informed me that they will be ready the next day being the 23rd, still nothing. I decided to call your call centre earlier today and the lady promised to give me a call back, still nothing. I need to travel for work this Friday and will only be back mid June. I feel like just cancelling the entire order and get my glasses done by someone else
May 2023 , I told you to stop spamming me with calls. The same trend has started again this year. No wonder you loosing clients. Stop f calling me!!!
