I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Screamer Telecoms, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. When I first signed up for their service, I was under the impression that I was entering a month-to-month agreement, but I later found out that I was actually locked into a 24-month contract that I was never made aware of. This was never communicated clearly at the time of signing up, and I feel completely misled. On top of that, the internet service has been unreliable and often down for days at a time. I’ve experienced constant issues with connection disruptions, and the service simply hasn’t delivered what I was promised. After enduring unreliable service for weeks, I felt it was only fair to cancel my contract and stop paying for something that wasn’t working. However, instead of offering a reasonable solution, Screamer Telecoms is now demanding an outrageous penalty fee for early cancellation and even threatening to blacklist me and charge interest if I don’t pay. This is absolutely unfair, especially considering that I’ve been paying for a service that hasn’t been functional for the majority of the time. I am being penalized for their poor service, and it feels like they’re trying to trap me into paying for something I didn’t get. The lack of customer support and transparency in their practices has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are much better options out there with reliable service and honest business practices. Overall, I’ve had a terrible experience with Screamer Telecoms, and I’m extremely disappointed in how they’ve treated me as a customer. Stay away from this company unless you want to deal with poor service and unfair penalties!

The internet service was consistently poor, which is why I decided to cancel and provided the required 30-day notice. However, to my surprise, they imposed a penalty for early cancellation, claiming I had a 24-month contract. I never agreed to a 24-month term and asked them multiple times via email to provide proof of this, but they ignored my questions and couldn't offer any answers. What frustrates me even more is their complete disregard for customer service. They are quick to demand payment, but when it comes to providing the service you're paying for, they fail miserably. There are frequent connection issues, and yet they refuse to credit you for the days you have no service. Bottom line: Screamer Telecommunications is unprofessional, dishonest, and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend avoiding them and looking elsewhere for a reliable internet provider.

I rate this establishment poor because it lacks professionalism, after an "alleged" diagnosis, the report I received looks more like a copy and paste due to the details on the report not matching my vehicle details. My insurance had requested all info pertaining to the mechanical failure however they have not submitted anything to date. The diagnostic fee is ridiculously charged without no work to show for it. Upon collection of the vehicle, the owner Bongani Mahlatji was not available to respond regarding my concerns, he was said to be attending a meeting at JHB and he did not respond to my calls.
My car broke down last week and it was sent to Ford Fury Midrand for repairs, after the diagnostic was done they identified a coolant which was broken however when I was meant to collect the car, I was informed that there was another leak as a result of thermostat. Yesterday I was informed that my car is ready for collection however I decided to get it this morning, when I had completed paying for all repairs, we took a walk we Rochelle Pretorius and to my surprise the badge at the back of my car was broken and all the replaced parts were put on the driver passenger site on the mat and were leaking. As a way of them cleaning the car, they just poured water on the mats and hand it over to me. I am very disappointed and I can never commend anyone to take their vehicles there.
This morning my car broke down and I was so frustrated however contacted PMD for vehicle towing and I must say the response time was quick. Thanks PMD for the urgent turnaround time on claims, I commend you for the good work.
I am happy with the assistance I received after a claim I made for a windscreen chip. The response was quick and efficient, the technician came to my work place to do the repair.
I have Telesure Group Services (Pty) Ltd listed on my credit score profile today, I have no idea why because I do not have any dealings with them.
