We have experienced just bad service from Takealot. We purchased a Inverter in January which was faulty and they refuse to refund us. The consultant who dealt with my call was very rude and shouted. I requested to escalate to senior management and am yet to receive a response.

Bad Service
I am receiving terrible service from the service provider. We are paying for 50mbps speed but we are receiving 2GHZ 72 mbps speed. Whenever I call to query this, my call gets cut off my the consultant.

Bad service
Gelo Way flooring (Pty) Ltd, Kyle Galant messed up our porcelain tiles, unevenly installed and some files broke due to too little tile cement underneath. I am very disappointed and wont recommend them. I told him to come fix the tiles a few days ago and he is yet to come back.

ZB Lumkwana trading PTY LTD Mosselbay took off with our money, he didnt complete our roofing and ceiling or pay for scaffolding for a week. Not responding to emails or calls. Bad service. We are laying a charge.
