not a happy customer - return the car with a full tank of petrol - but still get billed over R200 for fuel! *****! would not recommend Europcar Hatfield!
still not recommend - only make empty promises and VERY poor service!!!! Bettersure arranged for a second assessment and this was done on 10/02/2026. i phoned 2 times to follow up - 17/02/2026 - no feedback, phoned again 19/02/2026 - no feedback! VERY POOR SERVICE! ready to take you money every month, but the after service is non existent. would never recommend this company!

If I could I would rate it zero star! What a horrible experience and service. After the big hail storm on 01/12/2025 we had to put in our first big a claim from storm damage. After 3 weeks wait, we had a cash settlement from the insurance with minimum pay out of damage, and alot more damaged occured in the 3 week wait with all the rain, also the contractors closed over festive season. A assessor with the name Henco Moller from Digicall Assessing Solutions (Pty) Ltd made a report which was not a full report and also not accurate, we discovered our ceiling leaking everytime it rains (our ceiling where it leaks is pine wood) I contacted him to please add this damage to the report and he just ignored me - no response via call or whatsapp. so of course this was NOT added to the report. We are waiting for the contractors to open so we can start with repairs with the minimum pay out. I will be contacting the insurance again once we got the sky lights fixed - as we wait for the contractors to open. If my pine (wood) ceiling is still leaking I will deal with them again! I would also like to know how Digicall seems the following is sufficient. all of the below for labour costs of R674.11 (total labour for below repairs) WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exterior & structures • Awning – cracked by hail; to be replaced. • Shade ports 1 & 2 – netting torn and stretched by hail; netting to be replaced. • Air conditioner outdoor unit cover – cracked by hail; cover to be replaced. • Window glass & frames – glass cracked by hail; glass to be replaced and frames to be painted. Interior (skylights and related finishes) • Hallway skylight & ceiling – skylight cracked by hail; skylight to be replaced, with ceiling repaired and painted around the fitting. • Kitchen skylight & ceiling – skylight cracked by hail; skylight to be replaced, with the ceiling/wood finish treated as specified.
i am so unhappy with african bank - i have paid off and closed my account with african bank 2024 November and still they debit my account every month - very time i phone for a refund i tell to to please close the account AGAIN! but still debited this month. i am fed up with this poor service of african bank - would never recoomend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!
virgin active, you have done it again - GROOT *****S!!!!!!! i cancelled my contract with virgin active after my 1 year contract early 2022, never received calls or any debit orders from them again. all good and well. now Nov/Dec 2024 i receive a sms from MBD attorneys my virgin active account has been handed over. VIRGIN ACTIVE I WILL NOT BE ANOTHER ONE OF YOU VICTOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DONT OWE YOU ANY MONEY!!!!!!!! Virgin active needs to get their story straight! you guys are really making a very unpleasant name for youself! would never in my entire life recommend you guys to ANYONE!!!! ***** ***** *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oneplan pet insurance. Very unhappy customer!!!! Been waiting for a refund on my pet routine care since the 8th of July, everytime same excuse, problems with payment.I enquire frequently and same excuses since 8th July. Bad bad bad service!!!!
Placed a order for a airfryer October 2021, Matt made empty promises each month. Now he doesn't respond to any messages! Very unhappy customer!!!!
