My charge back dispute is ongoing for over 3 months now I keep messaging on secure chat the money I requesting a charge back has effected my buisness hugely this delay is causing alot delays in my livelihood last they asked to mark the transactions on my bank statement and that's a month ago and still nothing I am please asking for assistance as soon as possible I have waited very long I'm asking assistance as soon as possible please

Josias what terrible service we emailing the service provider repairing the car and I from yesterday trying to get threw with excuses that they need the service history invoice for 2020 and 2021 when we sent the full service of the car, and during that time the car was not even owned by myself we also only took the car on Motovantage when I took ownership so why are they prolonging looking for unnecessary time, this car need to be sorted as my daughter needs is left without one and is struggling they have no priority for there clients, looking to buy another car for my soon and you can be rest assured there services won't be used.

Yet again *********** company, claim on oven, my report says power surge, there report said wear and tear called the service provider who said rodent damage now they say no its not covered looking for every excuse, not long ago our generator was claimed sent a report which was wear and tear and they chose to keep this claim because shame it's to there benefit wow amazing, than oven definitely power surge as the plug point blew and when electricity came the smell was evident, we got a electrician to see which confirmed this, they refused this report used there own service provider which ofcourse will go into there favor, when I have my own report but shame it wasn't in there favor so choose to discard it what low life's I,repeat do not use them I am not done with this company.
Very upset with this company I claimed a inverter, they call to say no unfortunately it doesn't fall under house contents because we put it neatly on the wall how is that possible? And say now that it's because it falls under building insurance how it that possible when it doesn't come with the house and it's easily movavwhen we move?
