Every time you come to this store, there's 1 person helping at the till, and the queue is ridiculous, regardless of the time of day or day of the month, this is always the case If there's more than 1 person at the till, the other is always occupied with a person's query. Please allocate more staff to the till
I trusted them, but I'm worried...I requested payment since last year November, they said that they will process it ..it's now February and they haven't paid yet.they keep giving me stories. I told them it's urgent, but they don't care and don't resond
Why can't I get a booking online for passports in Johannesburg?? I've been trying for the whole week and it always says: 'no time slots available'. The new dates JUST came out, how can it already be full? I phoned for help and was put through to at least 4 different people, including home affairs. Please, we DO NOT want to go to home affairs..avail more dates, or avail more branches... we can't pay and then have only 2 months to visit a branch, when we can't get a booking at all..
Bull**** store They are a ****!! BEWARE!!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR MY REFUND WHICH THEY PROMISED
Why is still company still operating if so many people have complained about the ***** they have experienced. I also bought online here, but read the reviews only after I paid. What is hello Peter for if no assistance is given and no forward steps to close down this *****ulent company m I can't understand why this is still going on when something should be done long ago
I was out to eat with family at the zone, rosebank mall, on Sunday the 1st of January. My grandmother is in a wheelchair and it took a lot of convincing for her to come out with us. I was absolutely mortified and disgusted to find that not one, but THREE wheelchair toilets were locked and out of use, because, and I quote:' there is no water in them'. How is it possible that only the wheelchair toilets have no water?! After numerous requests to security and cleaning staff, we were not granted access to any wheelchair toilet. The mall is big, and it was extremely inconvenient tobe sent around from one end to another, up and down lifts, just to find an open wheelchair friendly toilet. Eventually, one kind cleaner named thulani accompanied us to look for yet another toilet, which was also locked. Thankfully the mother and child toilet in this area was big enough for the wheelchair to fit in. I was so ashamed that after promising my grandmother that she wouldn't encounter any problems regarding the wheelchair, that she was sent around from pillar to post in search of a toilet. I hope the mall rectifies this situation immediately and does not continue to discriminate against patrons in wheelchairs, it was utterly disappointing and exasperating. Thank you thulani for all your help.
Terrible experience, very disappointed I made an appointment at FNB THE GLEN for my baby's passport. I chose an available time slot that was convenient for me, however, upon arrival the queue was ridiculously long!! Why must I gothrough all the trouble of making an appointment at a certain time only to have to wait in a queue for hours??? That's why I chose to go through the bank and through the department of home affairs, but they're actually the same. My lunch time was over and I had to return to work, and the queue had barely moved. This is totally unacceptable.
Terrible experience Worst customer care ever! Can't get a hold of anyone, and then thereafter they take days to respond. I regret moving over from fedhealth, rather pay more and get good service. My daughter is home for an op on Monday 6th of September, today is Thursday the 2nd..and they've not given me anything!!!I don't know whether they're covering anything or not, and you can't contact them on weekends.. truly pathetic
