I was receiving SRD from sassa and suddenly it stopped in 2022. And just as well I've been appealing with no joy. Always the same message: income source detected. I've been unemployed since 2021, so how then did they detect that? I even had to close my bank account a week ago due to it not being in use. I called sassa 5 times today apart from other items, called got dropped 4 times already without no conclusion. Amazingly I get told that only for 2025 they received an appeal!!! How when I've been appealing since 2022. So utterly frustrated. People *****ing the system get paid immediately but us that are unemployed with 3 children get told to wait, or are calls get dropped
I am so utterly disappointed with the services in June I received an SMS & email to update banking details as their is a payment owed to me. I submitted 6 documents 6 times, called numerous times, went into the branch on 28 August, all information was updated on the system, 29th resubmitted again ..and once again documents failed!!! This is so frustrating now, my 7th attempt online. Still no agent or anyone at SARS can help me.
A week ago i placed a complaint regarding ny frozen bank account from a year ago. I am so chaffed at the efficient to service i got from Robin & Mamello. In exactly a week my account was Sorted and unfrozen. Thank you ever so much for peace of mind & placing my complaint as i know have full access to my account. I commend you guys really. Job well done!
Since November 2021 my account has been frozen. Round about August i did online work for a company TKL Revenue, not knowing they are being investigated. I received one payment of R130. Suddenly my account was frozen. I've been to Capitec Pretoria West more than once and got no joy. I have no idea what's going on with my account & staff are clueless too. I still even have funds in there that i can't withdraw. I've been unemployed for awhile and i cant even use my account for any payments nothing. This is the 2nd review and still no one has contacted me. I'm at my wit's end now. I desperately need the funds in my account.
We travelled from Pietermaritzburg to Pretoria 02/01/21.. the bus was so dirty, old food & breadcrumbs on the seat, broken seats, it smelled bad, curtains where dirty & not in place. There was thick grime by the Windows. The bus was not sanitized including the toilets. We have a deadly pandemic on hand but we have to worry about unhygenic buses too. The bus switched off a good few times. We where due to arrive in Pretoria at 17:25 but we got here only at 19:10 with no apology!!! The aircons didn't work at the back of the bus,so many of us where sweating. Unsatisfied & disgruntled!
Sadly I to had been scammed. I didn't not make any deposits but I was paid a mere R137.. since 26 November 2021 my Capitec bank account is frozen. Unfortunately not even the bank can help. So what do we do now??
I've request them to cancel the membership that I never wanted. Felicia Mamba confirmed tgathat it was cancelled. However they are still attempting to debit my bank account with Capitec bank😡 I have to pay for your mess up.
