I bought 2 packs of Barone mini chocolates and 1pad of Tex, the fist pack I opened in February had 1 chocolate in that was only wind inside no chocolate….didnt think much of it as a mistake can happen…2nd pack I opened, and again one of the packets was empty too…still sealed but only wind inside. Very disappointing as I pack this in our lunch boxes for work.
Ordered a Christmas present for our daughter and it arrived last week Friday 13/12/2024, it arrived poorly packaged and damaged, logged a return on 14/12/2024, it’s 19/12/2024 today and after numinous emails/phone calls still nothing about the return. Will never use Makro again

SR210810-925543 Now you’ve suspended my account due to your incorrect billing that took me a month and a half to sort out. After complaining on Hello Peter and numerous calls from my side. You’ve only resolved the matter this week and now you suspend my account due to your own fault. I need a manager/supervisor to call me. I need to cancel my contracts due to your negligence.
It’s been a week and no one called me as promised on Hello Peter. My issue for my incorrect billing is still not sorted out after a month and a bit. I kept my side clean and Paid what I think I owe, because no one can let me know what my real bill is.
Incorrect Billing - Fibre was installed in June 2021 was billed since October 2020. No one gets back to you and your account is in arrears due to Vodacom Fibre deducting more than R8000 in one month..struggling for more than a month to get it sorted and now I have a bad name at ITC and was denied when I wanted to buy a car this week🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
