I booked an appointment to have some tear trough eye filler. I was charged R3200. from the minute I walked out of the procedure, I could see it was not right and let her and them know that I was concerned about the result as my left eye formed a huge pouch under it that was absolutely 100% worse than ever before when I had a hollow. It looked swollen for a month and she kept telling me to wait. The doctor was unapologetic but eventually after some effort from me offered to see me to diffuse the filler. I went back subsequently a further 3 times to have the enzyme to dissolve the unsightly pouch. It never went away. I had to visit another doctor, who is a specialist in fliers to add more filler to even out the pouch which now looks better but is not gone entirely. In fact both my eyes look much worse than before "DR" Summerscales performed her procedure on me. I asked her for my money back as I did NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR AND WAS NOT OFFERED A REFUND AND IN FACT HAD TO PAY ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO AGREED THAT MY EYE WAS A TOTAL MESS TO FIX HER BOTCHED JOB FOR A FURTHER R4600. She refused to refund me , she never apologised and told me I signed a waiver that explained that having aesthetics is a risk... so this let's her off the hook for her ********* PRACTICE AND INCOMPETENCE? She simply has no idea what she is doing and her to continue to treat her patience with such disrespect and lack of accountability in their treatment is unacceptable. As a dentist who practices aesthetics , she is obviously in it for the greed and the money and not for any other purpose as she takes no pride in her work and treats her patients with disdain. I want a refund for services not RENDERED. AND A APOLOGY FOR LACK OF ETHICAL TREATMENT.
WORST ONLINE RETAIL STORE EVER.SCAM. Fraudulent and misrepresent delivery times. Quick to take your money online without keeping their end of the bargain in terms of delivery timeframes promised on the website. And NO communication, the phones hardly ever work for Customer Care, nobody responds to e-mails, nobody calls back Had to call 4 times to get PART of my delivery and still waiting on the rest over 3 weeks later despite being told web ordered that it would be 7-10 days. Incompetent thieves with no respect for their customers who flout any customer care standards and get away with it time and time again. Disgusting. Have asked for a refund today-- I have no hope of it actually happening. What they do is a SCAM and CRIMINAL. I have wasted hours of time and stress simply trying to get the goods that I paid for. DESPICABLE CON ARTISTS.
Absolutely useless. Will NeVEr use them again. Sent countless mails and forms- been trying to change my flights for 5 days and each day they don’t respond costs me money . Unprofessional and you can’t get hold of them. Totally unacceptable.
We experienced absolutely despicable behaviour by the owner of Tashas in Melrose Arch, Jason Loupis,today 04/09/20201. . My sister (who is currently undergoing cancer treatment) called a week before to book a table for 10 for her daughter's 13th birthday party. Clarabell who took the booking, also called to confirm the booking in the morning. I will give MINUS stars out of five. Upon early arrival, the table had been given away to 3 people! It's OK that a mistake was made, but Jason's attitude towards us was incomprehensibly rude, arrogant, dismissive and threatening. No apology was forthcoming. My sister had made it clear that she had called to book a table outside because of Corona & she is currently very immunocompromised. Jason refused to take any accountability for the situation and refused to move the other people from the table outside she had booked. He told her that they don't take bookings, yet, Clarabell had called her to confirm hers that very morning. Jason then threatened not once, but three times to call security to have us removed as we tried to reason with him, gently, I might add. The entire time, we were contained, never insulted him, never were rude and only raised our voices once, after he threatened us. Whereas right from the start, Jason was insulting, couldn't- care- less attitude, arrogant, dismissive, disdainful and completely uncaring about ruining a child's party or reneging on the promise that his restaurant made. What shoddy service! What a revolting, disgusting and abhorrent person Jason is, treating us so badly and we did not deserve it at all. Tashas ought to be ashamed for franchising out to such a human being with no manners, no customer care and totally and completely unaware of consumer rights or how to treat people decently. In this economic climate, restaurants ought not to alienate clientele. Tashas, you really should take this man in hand and make him understand something about customer service because he does not have a clue, is clearly an awful, unhinged person and doesn't give a damn about morals and ethics. We have heard from his staff that they are exploited by him and his wife and mistreated-- I can well believe that to be entirely true after what he put us through today. Is that the repuation that Tashas wants? Patrons, put your money elsewhere , not into the pocket of this revolting, abhorrent man who doesn't give a damn about his customers or doing the right thing or about how to treat people.
