The worse company ever, especially Silverton branch,the Manager is very unfriendly,I missed one payment thereafter I paid my loan property till I finish,when I wanted to borrow again the manager said I will never borrow again,she was not even interested when I was trying to narrate the problem that I have,I will never recommend this company to anyone,I went to another branch they were requested to transfer me,they refused till now I ended up not being assisted,you don't even deserve one star
I sent paidup letters for two settled accounts i am being told that dispute incorrectly logged no advise as to how to logg dispute correctly,this is soo frustrating and this is affecting my credit score I am not happy about their service shym
I am soo annoyed about the kind of service that I received at Silverton mall branch,I started to apply for a loan I was told that I am qualifying for R3000,I told the person who was assisting that she must hold the application there is this debt that said they will track from the 15 Jensen it's December,I traced the message only to find out it's bears and bears is already settled I can back to Finbond,I requested them to proceed with the application,this person asked if I did go to Mamelodi branch I told her no,she insisted that I was there,I said no,she requested my bank statement for the second time a new bank statement all along she was promising that it's getting there,when I brought my statement she quiried me about Vodacom,I tried to explain,she was not even interested when I was explaining,she made sure that I do not get the loan by all means,i forgot my I'd,when I came back she laughed at me,I felt soo embarrassed I was a laughing stock,I would not recommend anyone to go and apply for loan at Finbond,there is no caretousey for customers,if you are desperate you become a laughing stock
I am soo annoyed with bad treatment that I recieve from Capitec my account is stopped forever because of activity that I am not even aware of I will never advice anyone to open account or loan at Capitec,just imagine after you recieve maybe your salary boom account stopped forever,you will loose all your salary,Its even extremely risky to recieve your salary via Capitec,now I have to escalate the matter to bank ombudsman,my query is not attended,I was told that I was a victim of *****,why am I penalised for that,did I request to be the victim,this is soo cruel,I will never stop posting here on hellopeter till my query is resolved,the person who was assisting me at Silverton branch said she will send email to ***** department and get get back to me,its been 2 months waiting for her call,what kind of service is this,you do not have mercy on customers
Today I went to Capitec Bank to apply for consolidation loan, it was approved together with credit card of R1000, when the sales person was about to process payments, it was discovered that my savings account was stopped since 2022, she couldn’t proceed with the loan. I am not the cause of the problem that happened to my card, when she called not sure if head office or ***** line, she was informed that I my account was stopped due to R250 that was deposited to my account, they say I was a victim of *****. I am not aware of the money I can’t remember receiving even the notification. I would like to ask can I be punished like this for something that I am not aware of, at Capitec I cannot loan, I cannot have bank account. This is unfair treatment,I am being taken from pillar to post,I spoke to ***** sales person she was referring me to the branch at the branch they said they sent email to ***** customer care centre, Capitec is unable to issue the new card for me they say because of stop status in my account I cannot get card,I am asking for help

I would like to appreciate the good service that I received from Mokgadi Malau who was based at bears Silverton,she assisted from the start of my application till I was approved,even when I wanted to settle the account she has been assisting,even when I received my items she checked up on me if I like the items,I will recommend bears and Lewis to other people
I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Bayport for bringing back my financial freedom it took one week for Thabisile Dlamini-hadebe based in Germiston branch to process my application,you are such a star you were soo patient with me,keep up the good,I will definitely recommend Bayport to other people
I would like to appreciate the good service that I received from Chiarah the time I was struggling to get settlement letter,she called and provided me with settlement letter within few minutes,keep up the good work
I am soo dissapointed with treatment that I received from Assupol,there is a lady who was processing for me funeral policy, without finalising the matter,I saw Assupol deducting in my bank without my consent for a period of 3 months I ended up changing the bank my account now is sitting at minus because of them,I wouldn't advise anyone to join anything at Assupol
