I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance
I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding Rain’s poor service and failure to activate my WiFi router. I ordered a Rain WiFi router at the end of December. I received the device on Monday, 5 January 2026. As of today, 14 January 2026, the router is still not activated. Since the day I received the device, I have been calling Rain every single day, both in the mornings and afternoons, to follow up on the activation. Each time I call, I am told the same story and promised a callback — yet not a single consultant has ever called me back to resolve this issue. To make matters worse, some of the call centre agents have been rude and dismissive, displaying attitude instead of taking ownership of the problem or providing a solution. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a service that customers are paying for. At this point, I have a device that I cannot use, wasted countless hours on the phone, and received no meaningful assistance. Rain’s service has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expect: Immediate activation of my router or Clear communication with a realistic resolution timeline Rain’s service delivery so far has been absolutely pathetic, and I regret choosing this provider.

Very disappointed that I cannot upgrade my contract this year. I've been a loyal contract customer since the early 2000's I have never skipped any payments on my account since I had these contracts. Just wanted to let cell c know that I am not happy with the service I received today.
i am still waiting for feedback regarding my warranty plan claim. I've been calling them every single day since last week. i can never get through to their claims department. they do not even bother to return my calls after leaving message everyday. horrible service from them.
Good day, 1st for Women I have been calling the warranty claims department for 2 days straight from 8am - 5pm and been on hold for hours. A consultant from a different department even called me back and transferred my call I was on hold for 1 hour 30 mins until the call dropped. I have emailed the quote to two different email addresses with no response. Please advise what is the next step going forward how can i get assistance from the warranty claims department for me to get my vehicle fixed. Awaiting your response. Melanie
CELL C JUST PAY ME BACK MY REFUND!!!
For the pass 2 months Cell C has been taking double debit orders from my bank account causing bank charges and returning of debit orders for other accounts. I have been calling them everyday since 31st of August with the call center not giving me feedback when I will get my refund, I have been sending emails with no response whatsoever, I am truly disgusted with this service, I can't wait for my contract to finish so I can be done with this circus!!! I will write a report on Hellopeter everyday if I have to until I receive my refund, Get your business in order!!!
