My Wi-Fi has gone down again (just last week Wednesday I experienced the same issue), is there a reason for this? And when can I expect it to be restored? PON is a solid green it’s not flashing.
VOX is very *********** and they ignore emails and calls when you try to reach out about their services. My internet has been disconnected for 4 days straight although account is fully paid up and not owing. They do not bother to resolve issues, yesterday I eventually communicated with them but they did not follow up as they had advised, and although they are aware of the issue they still have not sent a technician to fix the issues. Their fibre strength is not even that good, wifi is weak. They are simply the worst fibre/ wifi provider I’ve used unfortunately! I will be looking for alternatives!!
They are a nightmare to deal with when it's time to move out of property. They will pin blame on you for pre existing defects so that they don't pay out your deposit. Even if you provide proof from moving in inspection that defects were existent. Andries Komoreng who's the leader of the refunds department won't even reason with you, he dismisses all the evidence you may provide. Just unbelievable! I wish I saw all the plenty other complaints here on Hello Peter before moving in their property- Birchwood Village in Chartwell.

This is absolutely the WORST service provider to deal with! They put a negative balance in your account, they said I was owing 4 million and switched off my power. When I called them the manager, Sebastian gloated that it wasn’t their fault. I mean?? No accountability whatsoever. It’s always just a nuisance having to deal with them EVERYTIME the power cuts off they’ll take hours to switch it back on even if you have a positive balance. So so annoying! Can’t wait to leave this apartment so I can get a break from Protea Metering (electricity)
