The service at Absa Branch in Sandton City is appalling to say the least. We went to open a Club investment account on the 24th of January we arrived there at 11am and left the Branch a 3 and did not get help, we could not finalise the account because of a system issue and were told that the technicians left at 1. We went back on the 7 of February at the door we were told that they are not helping Club investments account on that day, We had to explain that we were here 2 weeks back and were not assisted so the said the would make an exception we spent another 4 hours and were the last people to be assisted every person that came after us was assisted before us. We finally opened the account. The account is not active and we cannot deposit any money into the account.😡😡
Rawson Properties refusing to pay out our deposit when we were advised that it will be paid out in 2-3 woking days. Nowe we are being advised that we owe 2 months electricity in arrears when we were never advised before and this is not stipulated in our contract. We left the place emmaculate and paid deposit and rent in time every single month
A disappointed loyal customer. Interest rate Absa is offering me not happy at all considering my loyalty and products I have with you.Considering moving my salary to Discovery Bank.

I spoke to an agent a week or two ago regarding my premium for data ahe said she would investigate and call me back. Till this day I have not received feedback.
I am so disappointed with assupol this time around I have never hade any issues before but this time when I needed them the most it has been 4 days since I submitted the claim I followed up a consulted said she will call me back still nothing! Claim has been approved on the website but no pay oit
Macro is a ****mer if you advertise something and the incorrect price was advertised and I buy it you are obligated to give it to me at the advertised price. It is not my fault your system had a glitch speak to you technicians!!!
Vodacom does not want to cover repairs for my phone. Been paying the insurance for 3 years no claim. Just becuase I took out my simcard to becuase the phone was obviously damaged worse insurance company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vodacom Insurance customer service is pathetic to say the list. have been trying to get through to them for the past 3 days. One consultant said they will call me back they never did.
Your customer service is appalling to say the least. I called in twice and I was told you would send me the form to complete for a credit due to me nothing was sent. When i tried calling again today they pick up and drop the phone.
