Momentum Provident Fund I would like to express my disappointment with Momentum customer service. For almost two years they have not paid out my father’s provident fund. My father died in 2004, and he was an employee at Checkers Kwa-Zulu, later known as Shoprite Checkers. He retired in 1996, which means the company had kept his provident for 27 years. My mother who is a pensioner was happy to know that her husband had left her some funds, but she now has doubt if the funds even exist. Momentum keeps stating that the problem is with SARS as they are not able to get a tax directive. How is that possible? We are beginning to feel that our case is not of importance or is it because we are at the mercy of Momentum? Or we are getting a poor service because of our background or colour of our skin? It has been a nightmare having to call company every week for an update. Where-as all the documents required have been sent to them. I would not recommend Momentum to any individual because of their bad service and lack of humility.
I had a booking from Stellenbosch to Newcastle, the bus was very late. The service is truly pathetic!!
****MERS OF NOTE!!! Run away from their website and other social media pages. They only use WhatsApp for communication, they tell a client to deposit money and they do not respond. They taking advantage of the current unemployment rate in South Africa. Anybody who wants to enter the world of entertainment, DO NOT even think about Lackey Media! Do not respond to their Facebook or Twitter posts.
Having a Mobicred account is the worst mistake I ever made in whole life. After numerous requests to close the account the company has decided to ignore my requests. The only this they are good for is handing a customer over to ITC, not even bothering to tell you they are doing so. I paid of the account and requested for the account to be closed in 2021. Still after doing so they handed me over, now I am stuck with a bad credit record. Every time I settle the account they do not bother to close it. Mobicred offers the most pathetic services anyone can ever experience, I would not recommend them to anyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Finchoice is a fraud and a scam. After speaking to them about restructuring my account they do a double debicheck without my approval. Please be careful, their call centre staff is also very very rude with poor customer service.
If anybody would like to take out a cellphone contract, please do yourself a favor and not look at Cell C's way. Their call center agents do not listen and do not follow through on requests. When the company needs to debit my bank account they do not, sighting that there were no funds, even after I had call the a month before to update my banking details for debit orders. The company is also good at making a person feel like a dishonest fool even if I have been loyal customer since year 2012!!! They also gave me run around with regards to payments which they demanded, in the end I get threatened with disconnections for payment not received. Having paid their bill a week in advance, they still cannot allocate the money paid to them.
