Hello petter.I write this complain to need help from you to review Vodacom.I have a contract phone from Vodacom.I am a loyalty customer for them now they do wrong things to me.They put package to my account without an agreement now that package made installment increased.I tried several times to contact them to take that package out they won't do they give me an empty promises to take it out but that package still available in my my my account. Hello Peter As I review a Hollard Funeral Insurance for my claim a month ago there is nothing happeningThey still not paying my claim.I'm not going to recommend anyone to join this poor service insurance company
On 25th August 2021 lodged all documents required for Funeral policy claim.policy stated 24 to 48hours pay out. As of the 14 th September and several calls to Agents who advise to log a complaint online, which I have done on two occassions. To date absolutely no contact from Hollard . Hollard have breached theirpolicy and there appears no way to engage with Hollard. Next step financial services board. Cautionary warning to others with funeral policies with Hollard.
