<p>I upgraded my handset on the 7th Oct at MTN Fairlands. new handset is SONY XPERIA XZ, Smar****ch was promised to first 1000 customers. I was the first customer as Fairlands had just received their XZ stock that day! its been three weeks, after numerous calls and conversations with various staff of MTN and SONY, I have still not had any response from either of them!! I am absolutely frustrated! oh and as I suspected, I would be expected to pay for this contract, doesnt matter that they havent kept up to their promises! I havent received an invoice to date but guess what, I did receive a threatening sms.. haahaaahaa! bunch of absolute idiots! </p>
I ordered a pink flower basket to be delivered on the 2nd Dec. this was delivered as promised but the quality of the arrangement! absolutely disgusting! not anything, not even a smidge of what is promised! the basket was ugly, the arrangement was for sure done by an amateur! the flowers was nowhere near what was advertised and I absolutely dont believe that the flowers ordered are not available this time of year! I had sent an email of complaint on the 3rd Dec with a photo of the offensive arrangement and the one advertised. was promised by an automated response/email that an agent will call me within 9hours, I am still waiting! I called Netflorist now, call was answered eventually after waiting a while, then I was asked to hold... I think the lady on the other end had forgotten that I was holding!! I want a replacement or a refund!! if I do not get a favourable response from them, then they've just lost a loyal customer! although, i must admit, doesnt seem like they care in any event!!!!
This particular BP Express is fairly new... very welcoming, fairly friendly staff but the quality of food! not impressive at all!! In fact my husband purchased a few hot dogs today and the three hotdogs were really inedible. The bread rolls were stale and were warmed up to seem fresh, they were flat and obvious that they were handled without care. The viennas were dry, stale and hard! I am not sure how long these items were lying around but its absolutely unacceptable that this kind of foods be sold by an establishment such as this! In fact the three times over a span of a few weeks that I had been there, wanting to buy hotdogs, I was told that they were out of bread rolls! surely there are standards these shops need to be adhere to?? aren't there health or food inspectors checking up on shops like these??!!
I purchased a beef sausage roll for my 16 year old son today from London Pie at the Checkers Hyper Centre off 14th Avenue. From the first bite my son noticed an awful taste from the sausage roll! we were already on our way home when my son just couldnt eat it anymore as the stench and taste was so disgusting that he wants to vomit!! I am unsure whether this was a product that had passed its expiry date or just bad quality meat being used??!!! but at the price of almost R20, this is absolutely ridiculous!!!
I SENT AN EMAIL TO WIMPY ON THE 8TH AUGUST 2015, GUESS WHAT? I HAVE NOT HAD THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE! THE TABLE WAS FILTHY, STILL HAD THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS DIRTY DISHES WHEN WE WERE TAKEN TO THE TABLE, WHEN THE WAITRESS DECIDED TO CLEAN UP, WHILST WE WERE SEATED. I REQUEST FOR A CHEESE GRILLER BREKKIE! SO DISAPPOINTED WAS I, TO FIND THAT THE GRILLER WAS ICE COLD AND A FUNNY BEIGE COLOUR WHICH I HAVE NOT SEEN BEFORE! WHEN MY REPLACEMENT BREKKIE WAS BROUGHT, STILL LOOKING SO DISGUSTING, I HAD TO ASK FOR BUTTER. ONLY ONE SERVIETTE WAS GIVEN TO US, PARTY OF 3! I TOOK A PHOTO OF THIS UN-APPETISING BREAKFAST AND SENT IT ALONG WITH MY EMAIL.. MAYBE WIMPY WAS TOO EMBARRASSED TO RESPOND??
I dont think you will be surprised to learn that even after paying the R330 to MTN for doing nothing with my phone, I have still not received my phone. I have emailed the useless staff at repairs and customer care, ITS LIKE MTN HAS FALLEN OFF THE FACE OFF THE EARTH!! I DO WISH THEY WOULD!! Can someone give me advice on how I should proceed with this? If I had to not pay one instalment, I am sure they would be onto me like fleas on a dog!! This phone belongs to me not MTN, surely I can lay a charge of theft against them?!! Companies like this need to close down! they dont deserve anyone's business!!
I sent through the relevant forms to cancel my RA on the 19th February.... after daily calls, RA was only cancelled yesterday 17th March!! I kept being told that issue was being escalated! obviously, not escalated high enough! now Im being told that it will take a further 5 days to get my money paid to me??! this, in between, incompetent call centre agents! so you can imagine my frustration! I couldn't be bothered about their internal processes, I want my money paid into my account before their promised 21 days!! I am so furious with Old Mutual that I just want this over and done with now.... Old Mutual belongs in my past!!
Even after two weeks and numeral calls and emails to Zitha, his manager Shad and 808, STILL NO DATA AND SMS'!! I only received 350anytime minutes, nothing else!! but I am certain that come the 25th, I will be expected to pay the instalment in full!! its strange how these corporates can get away with anything and we, the consumer must just accept any nonsense we receive from them!<br> <br> besides my upgrade issue, I am still waiting for my phone that went for repairs!! its like Ive hit a blank wall with these guys! I was not advised that i had to pay R330 if I refused for them to repair my phone, instead I was told that should the fault be due to my negligence, it would cost R330 to repair. my battery, my back cover and my memory was sent with the phone, when these should not have been sent!! I am not paying anything as I was not informed correctly when I handed in the phone! their staff is obviously not experienced enough or have the necessary knowledge of their procedures to handle clients! this is just nonsense! I want my phone back now! its been two weeks already!
I had given my Blackberry Q10 in for repairs, it was rebooting all the time, given in on the 18th Feb. I spoke to Zitha who checked phone, booked it in and advised that should fault be due to my negligence, MTN would charge me R330 to repair, phone was still under warranty in any event. Monday, Tuesday, Wed, nothing from MTN despite several emails to Zitha. I receive an sms from MTN on Wed night advising that repairs will cost R649, should I opt not to repair, I would have to pay R330!!! I tried calling so many times I lost count!! no one answers, I needed to talk to someone to check on what repairs need to be done!! I am so frustrated, this is like calling into a government office!! to date, I have heard nothing from Zitha nor the repairs, oh except their sms asking for money to repair!! what repairs do they want to do, I still have no idea! I also have a problem with my current upgrade which Zitha did. I received my anytime minutes, no sms's , data! been a week now, several emails to Zitha, still nothing been done! I would just like to cancel everything I have with MTN, such a waste of my time and money!!
I have been attempting to order online for three days now for delivery 13th Feb. I had tried several times online and called Netflorist 3x as well! I just couldnt get to place my order of flowers for delivery on the 13th! I called Cindy a little while ago, ready to explode but she was so efficient and helpful. She took my order telephonically and was able to assist in delivery for tomorrow 13th AM. It really is a rarity to find someone to assist as everyone you speak to always says SORRY, WE CANT HELP! So it was really a pleasure to deal with Cindy. Keep it up!!
