Impossible to speak to a human . No updates and no resolution to issues. "We are aware of your problem and will attend to it" is all you get -meanwhile without power for extended periods
Online store -absolutely no customer service , feedback or response -even the phonelines are dead most of the time. Your Invoice #1000037332 for Order #1000147603 ordered on the 28th - after many emails and calls I still don't have a clue where my order is.
For 8 months I've been trying to cancel a contract . My number is in some bizarre state where I get invoiced but don't get the minutes or data - then I can't cancel my number to port because I'm still under contract. Call center agents are all baffled but not one can sort it out. I even received sms confirmation of my cancellation and the very next day - your contract is in arrears? It's a circus!
They are just unable to resolve months of issues due to their systems and silod people approach - endless empty promises and phone calls
Zero customer service . Zero feedback -can't even say I will trust what he tells me if he even gets back to me eventually
They make it impossible to cancel your contracts and month after month collect money but when you phone them then they advise that No it is flagged for cancelation. I've had it up to here with the siloed systems and teams backed by incompetence and greed - they are no more than *******
You have a better chance of getting something fixed by the local Facebook Malawian guy. Grahams fails to fix item , fails to answer emails or returns calls and doesn't even wipe down your appliance once they supposedly fixed it - only to get home and it still doesn't work. They make no effort to resolve the issue -months of asking for an update goes unanswered.
Been struggling for 3 months to get a credit owed - everytime it's "yes , we can see the issue but have to escalate it -then nothing. There was also a ***** case logged - can't get any feedback on that either Vodacom deleted my number by mistake , didn't load the debit order when restored and never bothered checking for payment - now I have to suffer with endless hours on the phone with the call center!
Struggeld for 3 weeks to get my number activated again - being promised day after day that it will worrk in 24 hours. Due to system fault the payment wasn't loaded and while sorting that out and confirmed that it was sorted out -the account gets handed over to legal Now you can't even activate CLIP
Merchant support is truly non existant - no incident / ticket management or escalations - just a dark hole where your issues go to gather.
