Great service!
Great service provided by Textbook Trader - Avinash. I have purchased a book online and they were out of stock - got communication the same day were they apologized for the inconvenience and they will refund me as soon as I provide them with my bank details. The next day my refund was processed and in the mean time I have asked them to notify me as soon as another book becomes available, where I was lucky enough to place a new order on the book that I required. Thank you Textbook Trader for your great service. I will recommend you to everyone in the further.

No Agent Assitance
I have been sitting without internet since yesterday with success to get in contact with anyone from Webafrica. Tried their Whatsapp line where “Willie the robort” couldn’t even connect me to an agent. There is no way for me to fix my internet problem as i have tried numerous ways and now I will have to sit without internet until I’m connected to an agent. I’m working from home so it’s a huge frustration for me. Very disappointed and if I could take it back I would have never signed up with WA

No Internet
I have been sitting without internet for the past two days where there has been no assistance of any kind. I have recently moved and proposed updated my address 4 times with 4 different consultants. After I finally received feedback from the networks department which assisted me on my old address and not my updated address as confirmed with 4 different consultant. Issue before weekend still not resolved. Paying for a service that I am not receiving
