Even though my journey to financial freedom was not easy, Debt Busters was there to hold my hand every step of the way. I tracked my progress using their online Dashboard, chat functionality and also by communicating with their client services team. Their staff is not only friendly but helpful as well. Special mention to Phelokazi and Wendy for always being there to assist. This was definately a Win-Win Partnership.
I am very impressed and deeply grateful for the most wonderful experience I received when dealing with the Brolink Team, I was assisted by Linda, who is great and very passionate about her work. She ensured I was always updated with the progress of my claim. I think Brolink sets the Gold Standard when it comes to customer service.

To be honest, I was not sure when I started this process but the team has been more than amazing. It is so easy to interact with them and all my requests are followed up and closed successfully, I am a few months away from having 0 debts and I have Debt busters to thank for that. ABSA Chat wallet, What nonsense is this? I'm so frustrated right now, ABSA pretty much forced me to open this chat wallet after someone sent me a cash send. Now I cannot redeem it because this thing is not working and keeps giving me an error. Those funds were for an emergency, and now I'm stuck with egg on my face.
I really don't know what is wrong with Standard Bank, I went to Westgate Branch to close my Cheque acc, I made sure my account did not have any outstanding amounts meaning it was sitting on R0.00. After waiting in line for 1h 30 min and spend over an hour inside the bank I was told I owed R74, Nadia who is one of the consultants could not explain to me what this was for, she called her team leader who told me that was for transferring to another account. What? My monthly fee is R120 but I get charged R74 rands to transfer to another bank. I obviously disputed this and she made a plan to rectify this. I was assured the account will be closed after a debit order for my loan was cancelled but to my surprise, this was not done. The account now has fees which I'm sure they will say I'm liable for, I moved to another bank which I'm happy with. I left Standard bank because of their lack of creativity and was always left behind with their innovations, it just did not appeal to me anymore. I have been a loyal customer of the bank for 15 years + and I get this if I want to part ways? I don't expect anything more from the bank than what they have given to me, my last request is for my account to be closed and for us to part ways in a peaceful manner.
