NMS Insurance - Funeral Cover
DSTV Funeral cover is the worst insurance you can be associated with. So inconsiderate and no one knows how long the claim process takes, no one gives you feedback. If you can, stay away from NMS Insurance, totally useless.

Client Service Communication
I have lodged a Dent and Scratch claim on the 30th Sept. This was supposed to take 24 - 48 hours for someone to match the quote and call me back with an outcome. It has taken nearly 10 days without response. No comms, same story every day you call them, pathetic client service.

Adidas poor service
Bought Adidas shoes online over a week ago, whilst tracking the order I can see that nothing has been done every since the order was placed. When you call their hotline - there is no response as at all. Thanks
