If I could give this bank a zero I would!! This is my second time trying to accept an international payment with no success. The last time I accepted via their WhatsApp (after weeks of emailing their forex department and they would just give me automated replies) and now the function is removed!! I visited the branch in greenstone and they could not help. They gave me an email to send and it keeps going back and forth! Standard Bank please release my money and we stop doing business with each other in peace!
Food chain Menlyn Buffet selling bad and old food 🤮 I visited food chain yesterday on the 21st October 2022 for a buffet with my friends. The food was bad, tasteless and the Beef&Pork meat had some sour taste including their ice cream was sour. You could tell the food has been being reheated for days. The roasted veggies and potatoes were starshy and hard, like it had been reheated over and over. The following day I had a terrible runny stomach 😭 am no longer going there!!! How could they sell such to customers !!! I mean we paying for god’s sake!!
Stupid App!! I ordered my food and it arrived earlier than the estimated time. Driver didn’t call and he cancelled the order. When I call about the refund they say it will be credited on my app not on my bank. I don’t wish this app anymore. I want my money back!
Nando’s Queensway On Sunday, 19 September 20221, at exactly 18:35 I ordered food at Nando’s Queensway costing R69.00…my food arrived at 20:45 an entire 2 hours literally waiting!! Because I was hungry I became patient until the driver arrived at 20:45, with super cold food…the food costed R69.00 inclusive of Delivery fee. The driver punched in R79.00, he insisted the food is costing R79 then he ran with the bike. After laying a query the store manger called and told me they would reverse my R10 and send a “make-up” order for the inconvenience. I called after a day and they claimed he was off! Even today I haven’t received my money back!!!
Bus driver bad treatment! On the 27th September 2021, at around 17:30 I took a bus at Pretoria central to Loftus then supposed to drop off at Tuks bus stop. Bus number was 3002 (registration plate no FD 95 Areyeng bus). I requested a stop at Tuks, Lynwood road…the driver refused to stop and told us ‘he doesn’t stop there because he is not like any other bus driver and that we should go report him anyway that’s he’s bus and his order!’ Are this the kind of treatment we should subject to with monies that we pay everyday??? What bull**** is this? Honestly he’s the first Areyeng bus driver with so much ruthless treatment! Secondly, Areyeng does nit comply with lockdown regulations. We wait for about 30 min for a bus from PTA central to Hatfield…the bus is packed, more than 30 passengers standing, crowded no social distance!
