SleepAway lodge Johannesburg and Booking.com
I'm struggling to get my refund and attention from Booking. Com after I paid full R4200 for accommodation at Sleepaway Lodge in Johannesburg. Upon our arrival at the lodge we spoke with the lady at the reception and the wife of the owner was there, we told that the place is not what they have posted on booking.com and it was around 11:30 before check in time we told them we want to cancel the place immediately the place is not the way it appeared online and also the area was not conducive for the child it was very bad and the were to many dogy people around , place was dirty as hell,the lady at the reception tried to phone the owner and said she is out of town, lucky the wife of the owner was there and the lady at the reception asked the wife of the place on how to cancel the booking then they told us we should go on the same page where we booked the place which is here booking.com , the wife left us there then drove away, lady at the reception tried to call the owner but due to the fact that he was out of the country the phone call couldn't go through, so we did canceled online here on booking. Com before we could check in. We havent heard anything since 26th October till today. Me and my family and friends have been booking.Com all the time but we did not know that this can happen to us after all this years, the service is poorr and the silence is embarrassing and cruel. I regret paying upfront, and I want to urge everyone to stay away from this app

Pathetic service
Food lovers Weskus mall sells old fruits and make it a special. We bought fruit 4 packs of Peskas now sunday and already by Wednesday everything is rotten and hairy!! This is not a first time ,first it was strawberries now this. Not so long ago I saw on Facebook people complaining about same thing. Customers needs to be careful of this store .food lovers sell old products and mark them down because they are greedy and want sales !!I so wish i can upload all these photos of this! What a waste of my money!!

Fraudsters
I have been reading all the reviews from other people and it breaks my heart to see this fraudulent is still taking place, I will be wasting my time writing my experience with this so called capital car hire. I will suggest people to stay away from these fraudsters!!
