Absolute worst experience! Something that should be automatic, like the refund of the deposit held on your credit card, cannot even be accomplished with any sense of competence. This is now the second time they have had to issue my refund, as it was "rejected" the previous time. This means that I will wait for almost a month to get my money back, paying an exorbitant amount of interest on my card, as Temepest cannot even fulfil a basic function like a refund. That is, if this refund even comes through. No one knows why the refund was "rejected" - I have emailed with four different agents, spoken to the call centre and the branch, as well as the WhatsApp channel. So what prevents the next refund from being rejected? This could continue indefinitely, and no one knows why or how to resolve it. Kudos to the branch manager who was the only person to actually phone me, even though he could not provide any clarity. Never again. Refunding security deposits is a core aspect of the day-to-day functioning of the rental car industry; it should not be this difficult!

Sellers BEWARE: You won't get you money any time soon!!
Yaga was always a reliable way to make some extra money. However, the customer serves the last couple of months have been disconcerting! Always so easy to get your money if a buyer doesn't release the funds, now near impossible! I have been waiting for funds to be release for a WEEK! And every time the service agent just send another email to the buyer to release. If you want you money, DO NOT SELL ON YAGA.

Struggling to get money back
I booked the overnight spa package, but by the time I checked into my room, the wedding that was being hosted (which I was not informed of) was in full swing. The music was so loud that I could hear it over my TV and aircon and I decided to check out as I was not going to spend an evening in a five-star lodge listening to noise!! The staff assured me that I would be contacted the following Monday regarding my refund. I have contacted them on several occasions, but have only heard empty promises. As I was not informed that they would be hosting a wedding and could not offer me the peace and quiet they promise, they should refund me for the accommodation I did not make use of!! I also did not have any dinner or breakfast.
