I got a new samsung device A36 on a contract with Cell c Sandton, i was told i qualified for the either ear buds or smart watch, i opt for ear bud but later i received an email saying my claim for ear bud was unsuccessful. i called the Samsung claim line, i was told the promotion was not up when i purchased the device which is why it was not successful. No i can no longer claim i am late, but it was not fault that ear bud promotion was available when i claimed, the consultant showed me.
Registered with them in 2021 to remove my debt review. They took all R4500 but now they no longer response to my text, they do not even call back, their landline not going thru. Mine gone but job was not done.
Applied to them for debt review removal. Paid R4500 in total, since April 2022 but they have not help me though i have paid them. They do not respond to my WhatsApp texts.
My brother had active funeral policy with FNB, he was shot dead on the 20th of July. we went Monday of the 25th of July 2022 to claim (Did not even give us a reference number). We spoke to a consultant at FNB Klerksdorp Branch by the name of Lesley-Ann, we went back on the 26th to submit the final document from the police. 48 hours later we phone the head office and they advised they never received the documents we went back on the 28th to ask, she told us that head office have an error on their email, she will resubmit then gave us again 24 hours, few minutes later she called us to tell us that the policy number we wrote on the form was the problem that is why it was not actioned therefore we give them again 48 hours, but earlier she said email error. 30th of July we had the funeral and the funds were still not in, the Funeral Parlour still waiting to be paid. even today the funds are still not in after a week of claiming. If it won't pay out, why aren't we told?
We bought bus tickets from empangeni to joburg on the 5th of November. (Our trip was ending at joburg but we asked the driver to drop us in brakpan, he said only if we pick the person who was getting off in brakpan) Depart time on the ticket said 10h30 but the bus came at 11h00. We drove for like 30 minutes the bus stopped for like 15 minutes, drivers were eating (not even wearing uniforms one would think we are in a taxi) . We further drove another for 30 minutes or so then the bus had a breakdown, for 5 hours We had to wait for a bus from Durban to come take us. As we approached joburg I further asked the driver if he will drop us brakpan me and my pregnant wife, he said he can't because there is no one getting off there, it was midnight now and we were 5 hour behind schedule. The drive dropped us just after the carnival city tolgate at 00h45. This was the worst experience ever with Eldo coaches.
