Vodacome adds money to your contract without consent , when you call to cancel your insurance they send you an sms saying its canceled and then they dont when your bills run in arrears because of negligence they threaten to cancel your number. When you call in to get the correct amount you are faced with rocky consultants who think they know it all. Who drop the call in your ears. They dont listen and think they kbow better. I wanted to pay my arrears but they have dramatic amounts added after the sms confirmed the insurance was canceled in January already. I have recorded calls where the consultants are ****y and do not listen managers apparently do not want to speak to clients. So here we are we already have 1 case submitted to the magistrates court because of vodacome it seems I will have to submit another. DO NOT CHOOSE VODACOME DONT BE DUMB!!!!!!!

Vodacome is **** choose someone else.
After many attempts it's been 14 days still no help from anyone at vodacome they constantly sending me threats for no reason. There is apparently no manager in accounts as they ****ed up not me! Clearly they think I'm one to leave things. Dear vodacome Due to your incompetence and negligence kindly do take me to court and what will follow is a counter sue. I have proof and I don't play you will not **** me I'm not an idiot. I apologize that you don't have an accounts manager , please send me Hr's email as I know people who actually want to work that need jobs not the people currently working there just for a **** pay. Anyone who played this evening and the evening of the 22nd of August kindly contact me on fb or on here Megan mex I'm in the process with lawyers to sue hollywood bets due to theft, mislead information *****ing our balance , lying about systems , emotional trauma , rigged games, ************** , false information from consultants. I have recorded calls stating that there was a glitch in the system hence my balance dissappearing. I have emails from 10 different consultans and 2 managers stating different stories most match up to the same thing. 48hours they said , its been 1 week and 2 days. I'm not talking R1.00 I'm not talking R100.00 they stole my money that i won and now have stories. They ****ed up, there game paid out in zar now zar country wide is rands they try make us as clients stupid by saying oh no it's coins, yet I have screen recording of my wins and screen shots I have proof it said ZAR! AND MY BALANCE UPDATED!! AGAIN THIS EVENING I WON BALANCE UPDATED REFRESHED IT UPDATED TO THE CORRECT AMOUNT AGAIN WITHDRAW THERE MY MONEY IS GONE MISSING IN ACTION!!
