Brocor Potchefstroom is withholding my deposit while the Rental Property Act states that that this is usually done within 2 weeks. The property has been empty and accessible for 1 month and 2 weeks. The owner who is director from a parent company of Chubby Chick who also deliver chicken to Woolworths as of yet has not arranged for a inspection or a quote for reparations. Most of the issues with the property, like water leaks and a bad paint job has been shared with Brocor. Yet I am awaiting action and response from them.

After being declared terminally ill and explaining this to Planet Fitness, they still want to penalize me for cancellation. Furthermore they have increased my bill being hospitalized for months.

I would like to know when my fiber will be installed. The Estate I live in paid for all units to be fiber ready. And Hetotel is in breach of contract as your layout shows my unit to be fiber ready as contracted. This is however not the case. Furthermore the line migration was reported more than a month ago. As I have had a weeks downtime already and my installation is clearly not prioritized. All request to be refunded for my downtime is falling on death ears. I am also considering to push for penalties as Herotel has not completed the work they were contracted for in The Estate I live in. By when can I expect to be credited for none delivery of services? Theo Eindomme is the worst Property agent I have had the misfortune to work with. Work ethics and honesty is nonexistent. Tande stokkie man and especially his sister takes the cake. To name a few things: No entry inspection was done. The entry inspection list compiled by the tenants was completely ignored. The property was never cleaned before occupation. FICA and RICA info is not protected and leaked. Fictitious charges was often created. (Rental fees in months tenants has moved out) Requests for invoices was refused or ignored on several occasions. Emails and previous communication will be selectively ignored. Contractors obtained by Theo Eiendomme would force their way on the property *******ly outside arranged appointments. When this is highlighted and a police reference number is at hand they will strongarm and quote eviction notices. If I had the time I’d take the case further. Theo Eiendomme should be fined at the very least
