Our vehicle broke down in a close by town. Firstly Ford suggested that there is a closer Ford dealer than they are which I find extremely thoughtful. We however chose to use Ford Mossel Bay as our service provider. Phillip, a technician came out to evaluate the problem and although it was after 17h00 he was in no rush to return to Mossel Bay. He took his time to assess the issue with the vehicle. Extremely professional. Thank you Phillip Tanya, the workshop manager and Wanda kept us up to date on a nearly daily basis regarding the progress on the vehicle. Thank you ever so much. It feels as if ALL PERSONNEL at FORD MOSSEL BAY walked the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Booked 86 ESTORIL VILLAS in Mossel Bay for 4 nights March 3, 2022. I arrived at the destination April 28, telephoned and messaged the agent GERRIT MATTHEE from booking.com several times without answering my calls OR replying to my messages. 1. Melanie handed over my keys after waiting 30 minutes for her, time was confirmed of my arrival by email. 2. Melanie mentioned that the prepaid electricity would last two days and in the same breath asked if I know how to load prepaid electricity. (I booked 4 nights) 3. Only after an hour, after several calls and messages the gate opening function and my telephone number was coordinated. AGAIN, No response FROM Gerrit Matthee. After talking to Melanie this function was activated. 4. There was no dstv, as advertised by booking. COM. 5. I only returned later the evening to find NO HOT WATER. 6. I woke up the morning to see a brown mark on the blanket that appeared like feces. 7. There was no plug for the kitchen basins I left the next morning, informed Melanie to pick up the keys, messages Gerrit Matthee and received an email from booking. COM that I will not receive ANY money back.
My 10 month old Magnite with less than 7000km on the clock broke down in Midrand, taken to cmh Nissan Midrand on Saturday, June 18. Monday, June 20 I received a call to confirm the EARTH CABLE Broke and the new earth cable would be replaced, car would be ready on Monday, June 27. According to cmh Midrand Nissan I do not qualify for a borrow vehicle as this is provided ONLY for customers that waits for longer than 14 days for a part for their vehicles. The next day I receive a call that my vehicle can be fetched and is safe to drive. The new part not replaced yet. I telephoned on Monday, June 27, to hear the part has not been received yet, it is on back order. I enquired about a rental because now I sit without a vehicle for a week now. And still I am waiting for the telephone call. I will see if the aircon was repaired as I reported that the aircon has periods of not cooling down as well as the dash lid that was scew.
