I wish I could give you minus infinite stars the way im so fed up with this company along side hyundai roodepoort that sold me a car that had issues with the timing chain and never disclosed the information with me now its with the motus legal department but you hear absolutely NO FEEDBACK like its not any inconvenience to me to not a have a car stand at the dealership for almost a month now to resolve this issue even had to involve the ombudsman but you guys take your time I am fedup Duncan Powell, Robert nelson at hyundai Roodepoort here people can know your name to!!!
I logged my complaint last week Monday, the dealership still has not responded however I have not received any feedback on the process and when I do phone I get told that this will take months to settle? seriously the longer this goes on the longer im paying for a vehicle that was sold to me dishonestly

my car has been at bmw for almost a week now NO SENSE of urgency and claims that the car has been modified when its exactly how I received it nobody can give me an answer on whats happening PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
