The Malpractice at this hospital. I was recently treated by Dr Zukani at that hospital my medical aid authorised my stay at the hospital, but I was not even moved from casualty to the wards. Instead I was told to pay for my CT scan cash and the doctor went from "I really need a CT scan to I don't see a need for her to be admitted." I was even told that my medical aid did not authorise my stay at the hospital. Mind you I was there for hours and was not even offered a glass of water. Waterfall is a government hospital disguised as a Private Health Care facility.
Worst service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My ring was damaged in less than a month after getting it. They said it had a 3 months warranty but they claimed to say that it only covers if the stone on a ring is out and only that. We asked for a detailed warranty card, why did we not receive it with the ring like any other place? I have no idea. Fine, my ring was taken in for evaluation and apparently I "damaged" my ring. Which is nonsense because if they claim the ring is of quality then this shouldn't have happened. Fine, I asked for my ring back and told them not to fix it because the insurance access to fix that ring was insane, so I asked for my ring and was never responded. I called over 50 times today but nothing. Another thing, they will never initiate contact. If you don't call, they will never update you. If you want to get married or engage your partner run away from this jewelry store. You'll thank me later.
Hello, my name is Keitiretse Kupa, I'm a discovery Vitality member. I have I recently joined Planet Fitness gym after reading a contract that if I join gym and pay the membership before 31st December 2022 I would receive my joining fee in discovery miles. I joined gym on the 30th November 2022. I contacted discovery I was told I will receive the money within 15 days. On the 15th I contacted Discovery again, and I was told that those points are distributed on the 15th of every month and that I should receive my points by the 16th November 2022. To this day I have not received anything and ontop of that when I call the agents are not giving me answers as to when will I receive my miles. There is even a case number but my problem is still not solved. I had initially told my loved ones to join gym under discovery, I told everyone to not bother after the treatment I'm getting.
This telkom is useless. My mother went there because her router was broken, she was told they can't fix it and that she has to upgrade. She did just that and when she was about to verify her fingerprints they told her the machine is not working. This was on Monday, it's now Thursday and we are getting the same story. My mother has to work and she can't do that because this store is incompetent. I would never advise anyone to get anything from Telkom, it's just a shame that I have a contract with you personally. After I'm done paying it off, I will not return. I've had the worst experiences at this store. Now this store has gone way too far. My mother is told to wait for the back office, what hurts is that she will have to pay for services she did not use.
I am utterly disappointed in Discovery. First of all I went to the hospital on Friday 1 October 2021, the pre-authorization switched me to standard so I only get cover for 24 hours. I decided to go home because they said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours. From there they did not even get back to me in that time frame, they only got back to me on Monday 4 October 2021 they sent me an SMS saying that they have sent my doctor Personal Medical Assessment form and was told to wait for 24-48 hours. Mind you my problem is appendicitis so one can only imagine the pain I'm going through daily. 48 hours passed and Discovery didn't get back to me, so I decided to call them, when I did that I was told that my doctor didn't fill out the forms, I contacted my doctor and she said she hasn't received anything. I called Discovery again and it turns out that Discovery had sent it to the wrong email. Now I'm told if the doctor fills out the form I could wait for 4 days not only that, Discovery might or might not pay for my hospital bill. At that time I have severe pains everyday day and night. I'm literally in tears right now.😞😭
