I took my wifes car on 15 May 2025 at the Haval Randfontein dealership to authorize for a replacement for battery since we took Maintenance plan with Innovation Group since 2019. Since the begging of this year after 2 days the car would not start due to flat battery. The dealership tested voltages of the battery and told me that voltages are above the limits and Innovation will not approved the authorization. I told them I just charged the battery maybe that is why these voltages are so high. They told me to seek second opinion. I left the dealership. I then took a car yesterday on Wednesday 21 May 2025 of which I left the car there so that the dealership try to measure those voltages in morning. They did that only when they called Innovation Group told them that Maintenance has expired on 10 May 2025 and they will not Authorized this claim. It is very unfair for me since this problem of battery started last year. I even told the dealership last year when I brought the vehicle for service. Innovation Group has capitalized on the loopholes rather than helping a client. I was not even aware of the expiring date of 10 May 2025. To me taking this maintenance plan was my biggest ****. The only thing that they replaced was the front breakpads and wipers only. When they have to replace the biggest component they come with loopholes. I have been paying them upfront and when they have to deliver services they use loopholes. I would like to warn people about these service providers. If it was around July, I would gave up. But it still May and I was not aware of expired date.
I have put a valid claim yesterday in the morning. Then Oyena Lubambo dropped my calls twice. Then I called again then Naledi Mabizela promised me that she will call yesterday up to now, I never received any call from Mabizela. Today I have called again then Katleho told me that Validators only started today to work and they will come back to me. And today is gone without any response or update on my claim. If they reject it its fine but a bad treatment is another thing. I advice other vulnerable Bettersure prospectus clients to think twice before taking such insurance. There are lot of insurances that treat their clients better. Most of the time, Bettersure insurance is right, only this problems are personality service agents. They bring their attitudes at work. I am going to reverse the premium with my bank if they dont solve this attitude.

I took my car finance with Wesbank in 2019. Today they are charging my account more because they say I did not submit a proof of insurance. How can they let the dealership to release a car without a proof of insurance because I have submitted all required documents since from the start. To me this is a pure ******* to their clients. I have made the payment of school fees on 02 March 2024 through payment link that Teneo normally send to parents to pay school fees. If you click the link it will redirect you to payment using the bank card and approve it with you banking App. I have been paying like that for January and February school fees. I have done that for March school fees. Teneo has lock the account since last week for my children and sending me the invoice for double the amount for school fees for April 2024. I have sent them numerous emails and family tickets (#255710294, #2705131733 and #275980461). I have been attaching my bank statement indicating and proving that the payment for March school fees went through my account. Could they please correct and journal my payment so that it reflects the correct amount. Now as a loyal parent, I have made my payment, and the account is locked. As a loyal parent, I am very disappointed by Teneo Online school. Honestly, I regret why I took my children to them. I would like to advice any parent who will send their children to that school to re-think again. Never take your children to Teneo Online School.
I am a parent at Teneo Online Education with 2 children. To pay our monthly school fees they send a link to the email and we follow it to make payment. I have made payment for January and February without no problems. For March school fees I have done the same and to my surprise Teneo Education says I did not make payment for March school fees. I lodge 2 tickets on their online portal (#2595323351 and #266710294) attaching my bank statement indicating that my payment went through. The school did not reply. This now will affect my children learning as they might be suspended. I cannot afford to pay school fees twice for the amount of R7 570. And also what does it mean to a parent for the following month if it will not happen again. I have decided to write this review to warn other parents and other potential parents about Teneo online school. The biggest problem of Teneo online school is that there is no human interface. You cannot call them or speak to someone there. This problem could have been solve long time by speaking to someone.
I am so dissapointed by Teneo Education. I have payed a school fees for my children on 02 March 2024 which is reflected in my bank account and they say my account is in arrears. But money went through my bank account. Now they have suspended my children and the other one is writing Term test. Honestly speaking I regret why I sent my children to Teneo Education. They have extremely bad billing practices. I honestly urge parents to never send their children to Teneo Education. The pain of children being suspended while you have paid is so unbearable and unforgiving.
After all the struggle with my claim. Sylvia Chauke came to the rescue and assisted me. She kept her word when she promised to call she did just that and my claim was resolved amicable without waste of time. Thank you for the great service Sylvia!
