Rain have a ****ty service. Their internet is very slow. I ran a few speed tests. Download = 0.27mbps, upload = 0.11mbps. They have failed to solve this problem.
If it was possible to give zero star, I would. I took the car in for a quote. They promised the parts would be ready in a day or 2. In fact they called their 'supplier' in front of me, they claimed to have the parts. Its been two weeks and they still waiting for parts from their 'supplier'. They never call to update you. They promised to order 2 doors but today when I called, the lady said they only ordered one door which most likely mean they are planning to repair the other door and claim it was replaced. A car is still not booked in for repairs but I already regret. I would not recommend their service to anyone

For a couple of days I've been unable to activate carwatch on the app because it states "ignition on" while the car has been off for hours. I reported this and got told to call again whenever it does that even if it's at night. I just called and I was told to call between 08:00 to 17:00. Please fix this
Slowest service ever. Insurance approved the claim first week of Sept. ProBeat autobody only booked the car in for repairs on 28 Sept. The car is still with them. Replacing a door and fender.
Good day, Please see below email sent yesterday by rain team. "Good day Ram will deliver tomorrow between 8am to 5pm ..." I am yet to receive my delivery.
I recently upgraded to 5g. Last week Friday I received the router and 5g Simcard. I received an email and sms saying my Sim has been activated. After connecting, I kept getting an error "Simcard not inserted or not working" called their call center and still the issue is not resolved. It's been 4 days without internet.
